Thank you!! :) Great question because when I first opened my storefront, I tried to keep my online inventory separate and it was such a mess! It doesn't happen as often as you would think! We pull orders from the floor as soon as they come in, so it typically is not an issue. I think it may have happened once or twice in the past 6 months but we just kindly let the online customer know that it is sold out!
I hope to one day open a store in the mall, can you share a more detailed video of the process and cost to open a store in the more?
