The more and more I listen to Gary, the more and more I realise how good a guitarist he was. He was absolute top notch almost untouchable on that electric guitare. Gone too soon our Gary. Sadly missed. My teenage years listening to his album wild Frontier drove my family crazy. Amazing and so so underrated our Gary.
A supremely talented guitarist that comes along once in a generation. Gary Moore poured his heart and soul into this song, making his guitar wail, scream and cry. It’s a beautiful thing to see. RIP Gary Moore.
Gary Moore is one of my favorite blues guitarists/vocalists. He's right up there with SRV, Jeff Healey and Joe Bonamassa, in my opinion I just LOVE his version of "Still Got the Blues". He just KILLS this song. And I'm with you in feelin this song .... You just gotta scream "Whoo!!" and, of course get chill bumps all over your arms. He knows how to put FEELING into his music. Even his guitar sounds like it's crying!
@Sissy Davis Yikes! SRV, Jeff Healey and Joe Bonamassa are "clowns"??? SRV has long been considered one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Jeff Healey was blind and yet learned to play guitar (in his own unique way) when he was still a kid. Joe Bonamassa was considered a child prodigy, and first performed with .... (can't recall now) but it was someone like Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, etc. when he was only 10 years old (or was it 12 ..l). In any case, acknowledging the greatness in the other 3 doesn't diminish Gary's greatness.
@@lxhobson From what I've heard, Joe was opening for B.B. King at 11 years old, at his parent's discretion as pertaining to school nights and such. Definitely a child prodigy, and his folks looking out for him!
Great reaction...I knew you were in trouble when you said he touched your soul with the warm up solo. I knew the actual solo would blow you away. RIP to a Great guitarist and great reaction from you.
At last, at last, at last! I've waited a year for you to react to Gary Moore again! Love your reaction too. 😁 There were/are some great guitarists around, but then there is Gary Moore...the absolute guitar master! Gary was quite simply the best guitarist ever to walk this earth. May he R.I.P Thanks for the reaction and regards from England. 😊😎🎸🇺🇦
This is such an amazing song and the way Garry Moore plays the guitar 🎸 is amazing, the emotion in the guitar you could hear the guitar crying it's amazing love it.❤️👍👌🎸🥝🇳🇿
The Thin Lizzy song you covered called still in love with you, has Gary doing the guitar work. He was in Thin Lizzy several times. He is credited as one of the best guitar players ever. Check out The Messiah will come again. Much respect.
For me that's the most beautiful solo ever done! Soo emotional and soulful. If you're going through heartbreak or emotional things in your life, that song will leave you in tears. There was a time I couldn't listen to it; nowadays, I can't spent a day without listening to it! 💜
Don’t you love the way he just keeps giving you more Moore with that solo . Yes we don’t it to end but unfortunately it has too. That Guitar ? That is the power of a Les Paul in the hands of a Master ?
Hello! Wow - this is really cool and such an amazing song! We are a kids family band from NZ and hope you might like to see our version of Still got the Blues as well:) thanks!
Those guitar-solos does a better job in inging a lovsong than the mojority songs made up to this date.. and the face of Gary Moore as he "sings" along to the screams from the guitar just leaves you in awe. It's just beautiful.
One of his most famous songs. Gary was simply the best! It was already suggested “The Messiah will come again”, and I will suggest one of his Rock days, “Empty Rooms” Live 1987 in Stockholm, an epic ballad which just the intro is worth the reaction! Another epic performance is one of his last performance with “Parisienne Walkways” live in Montreaux 2010!
Together with J.Hendrix and C.Santana he belongs to my favourites guitar players.I am not musician so I don´t know if his skills are good or not but that sound is incredibile.
Super reaction, because, you felt it! Because, you knew perfectly what he was singing! Same experience! And, when he played the solo, he killed you! 😂👍Kisses from FRANCE honey😂👍✌️🎸🇫🇷

The others are definitely not clowns but neither do they come anywhere close to Gary Moore!
@Sissy Davis your an actual fucking brain dead. SRV is quite literally one of, if not thee best to ever touch the strings.
@@lxhobson From what I've heard, Joe was opening for B.B. King at 11 years old, at his parent's discretion as pertaining to school nights and such. Definitely a child prodigy, and his folks looking out for him!

I wonder how many young aspiring rock and blues guitarists will watch that video and decide to put their guitars away for ever and take up the piano.
I also really enjoyed his playing and signing when he was with Thin Lizzy. Good reaction!

How did this one slip past me? Yeah, Moore was a phenomenal player. Got to see him live in the 70s. Nothing like seeing him live. RIP Gary Moore.

No guitars in the world can penetrate your soul like Garry moor and Richie blackmore
I have no words to describe how good this song is.
Separate ways, extended intro version, live from London 1992 will blow your mind.
