Rotated knee, hyper extension, or possible cramp. Either way it hurts like hell. Always be safe when rolling on the mat. Let someone know if something is wrong with your body. Never hide an injury especially if it could be serious.

He tore his acl before I think, and he didn’t went for the surgery. I think His knee popped out because of already torn ACL. That’s why he was able to continue, if he tore his acl he wouldn’t be able to walk on it and especially continue fighting. I have this same problem from time to time 🤷🏼♂️but man screaming like that 😅,cmon…

Just before he started screaming about his knee (3:30 timestamp), you can see he was trying to keep the hooks in but with his right foot way messed up and stuck on Beach's leg. Looks like it twisted his leg / knee completely backwards when Beach was trying to stand up. Not sure how bad he's going to feel the next day (or next weeks), but it wasn't nothing and doesn't look great. I have an empathy cringe right now while having it freeze-framed typing this.

monday morning quarterback here: shouldve put the secondary leg in the opponents armpit to create distance instead of extending with the primary leg. enter backside 50/50 or use calf slicer (maybe finish) to slow the opponent and wrestle up to the hips. i dont get punched in the face at jiu jitsu so use at your own risk lol
