It's a recitation, also referred to as the literal words of God (Allah) passed down to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) via Angel Jibril (Gabriel). The first editions were written in stages by scholars, recited by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as they were revealed. The earliest fragments of manuscripts are still preserved in many parts of the world such as Birmingham (UK), Tunisia, Egypt, Uzbekistan and Turkey. So they literally can be traced back to the original source. There is a lot more to it than my brief explanation, but I'm sure you can find more information with some basic research.

No one is denying the fact these stories were written. But people taking these stories as the actual word of God and gambling the afterlife is. Now again, most of the events/stories maybe be true, some of it may be false, some may be mistakes, some maybe additions. Some were just letters, then turned into "scripture" and a way of practice. Now did God order this or was it people. On a side note - Just because a Gospel have a name on it, doesn't mean they wrote it. That's a traditional church stance, not a historian/scholar stance.

If you do not believe it, and if you do not want to research these matters is totally up to you. Each time Christ called a Disciple the name and family was stated and Christ mad it very clear that he doesn't care about background he stated that the once who know God don't need him but those who are lost needs him.
Nowhere do any of the gospel accounts say "here's what we think about this"- they are quite literally written as eyewitness accounts. We know that Luke(the physician) wrote the gospel according to Luke and Acts and we know for certain that John the Apostle wrote the book of John. You wouldn't even know anything about Jesus if not for the accounts in Scripture.
This is a fact. Luke even mentions how he got the story from eyewitnesses and wrote them down in an orderly manner. John states that it is the testimony of the Beloved Disciple, John. In Acts, Phillip's daughters who prophesied knew the story of Jesus and retold it to Paul and his crew when he stayed at Phillip's house.
What I find hilarious about some Islamic people is that you dig and dig and try so hard to discredit other relegions just to prove that yours is "correct". Never seen a priest try this hard to discredit the Quran just to convince people to follow Christianity. It's honestly sad. I'm an Arab Christian and I believe that there's one God and he gave us many ways to live his teachings, whether it's Islam or Christianity. Bart D. Ehrman in his book "The Construction of Jesus: The Sources of Christian Religion" tells us on page 154 entitled: "Does the New Testament contain forgeries?"
"Of the 27 Books in the New Testament, only eight were almost certainly written by those whose signatures they bear: Paul's seven undisputed epistles (to the Romans, Corinthians 1 and 2, Galatians, Philippians, Thessalonians 1 and Philemon) and John's apocalypse (although it's not clear who this John was)".
And on page 187: "This idea that the New Testament contains books written 'under false names' is common among scholars, and it is accepted in all the great institutions of high learning in the West, it dominates all the great textbooks on the New Testament, in seminaries and theological institutes, and it is what pastors learn when they prepare for their ministry".
To my understanding when the bible was written people were not refered to there last name rather they would refer to where they are from or who the lived with for example: Issac son of Abraham

In the Gospel of Mark 2: 14 to 15 it tells us Levi was the son of Alphaeus. Levi's name was changed to Matthew when he became an apostle of Jesus. Levi was a tax collector. He was a Jew working for the Romans.

But since you asked, I'm probably not the most qualified to answer, but as far as I know, The Quran was never initially written. It's a recitation, also referred to as the literal words of God (Allah) passed down to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) via Angel Jibril (Gabriel). The first editions were written in stages by scholars, recited by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as they were revealed. The earliest fragments of manuscripts are still preserved in many parts of the world such as Birmingham (UK), Tunisia, Egypt, Uzbekistan and Turkey. So they literally can be traced back to the original source. There is a lot more to it than my brief explanation, but I'm sure you can find more information with some basic research.

How many people wrote the Bible? Although the actual count of the authors of the Bible is 40, there wouldn't be the history and stories without the people who lived and told them.
No one is denying the fact these stories were written. But people taking these stories as the actual word of God and gambling the afterlife is. Now again, most of the events/stories maybe be true, some of it may be false, some may be mistakes, some maybe additions. Some were just letters, then turned into "scripture" and a way of practice. Now did God order this or was it people.
On a side note - Just because a Gospel have a name on it, doesn't mean they wrote it. That's a traditional church stance, not a historian/scholar stance.

If you do not believe it, and if you do not want to research these matters is totally up to you. Nowhere do any of the gospel accounts say "here's what we think about this"- they are quite literally written as eyewitness accounts. We know that Luke(the physician) wrote the gospel according to Luke and Acts and we know for certain that John the Apostle wrote the book of John. You wouldn't even know anything about Jesus if not for the accounts in Scripture.
This is a fact. Luke even mentions how he got the story from eyewitnesses and wrote them down in an orderly manner. John states that it is the testimony of the Beloved Disciple, John. In Acts, Phillip's daughters who prophesied knew the story of Jesus and retold it to Paul and his crew when he stayed at Phillip's house.
