Bruno, why did you think my conflakes became soft after adding to chocolate? I’ve used a good brand. Also the chocolate was not super hot. The pieces weren’r crunchy anymore
The praline (before making a paste) can be stored frozen in an airtight box in the freezer! I do that and they stay crunchy and ready to make paste as and when needed :)
