I have one just like that. I have no use for it. What is a fair price,? it works but I have long forgotten how to use it. Anyone's help is a appreciated and welcomed, especially experts. I believe it is a R71a or close to it.

mite be bad thinking or good thinking can you slip in a little Loctite on there to stop it coming loose
