I spent pretty much all my resources to get the Kita. For me it’s marking the end of my wows journey. It started with Kita, and it ended with Kita. O7 everyone have a good one!

I have done 16 regrinds in November , Halloween event heped a loot , I have spend all by blue & red free xp & xp bonuses , I have spend 172k RP & 150k+ coal , I dont regreat that , as I have all ships unlocked in game in total 16 super ships , 83 T10 , 416 ships , so I just horde resources , but now I am look to sell my account and move to single player games ... oh tho I have my secondary account with Schlieffen , Tirpitz , Jäger so if I will be despred for some wows gaming , I can do some seal clubbing ... but also nest year I will turn 40 , so is time to move with life , I need to start family , build home and plant a tree ... or I will just start to play The Sims ;)

That ship is so player dependent and still good luck is a part of it to get success. Im noticing it being deleted by random salvos just being spotted for 2 sec.
Yup , I had one battle where 9 min I had no oportunity to use torps , and then I grow balls , and flank enemy team one salvo from both sides , I had 242k dmg done ... in one action , we lost , but I had adrenaline moment , I was very happy with that battle , but yes luck is a huge factor .
2 kitakami's and a Schlieffen in a division could absolutely wreck a side.
40 torps, 100 torps... I still cannot hit torps xD everyone seems to just see them the second they leave my torpedo tubes 🤣🤣

The mention of Monkey made mde remember that I desperately want to see a Minotaur, Forrest Sherman and Austin toxic division.
Trenlass is a good influence for Flambass, he sounds more chill and less doomsday lol until the halfway mark anyway.
Flambass it’s a game, you’re not the first nor the last streamer that’s complained about WG’s decision making.
In 12 years of WoT, I’ve only seen WG change their mind maybe twice.
wow.. I do play other WG games, however when it comes to lets say.. World of Tanks Blitz, WG hardly responds, and only changes things when faced with *HEAVY* backlash. Here, I feel like they're a bit more responsive to feedback, but who knows, WG might rear their ugly heads again.

Playing this in a div definitely helps with some weaknesses - the short time for the smoke, you can stack, the staggered reloads aren't as bad if you have 2x kitas pumping out ever more torps. I mean, it still can't AA, but watching those overpens if you get a short duration radar.. ? still seems weak / situational but can do things sometimes.

Had this ship back in teh day when it was t8, with the t6 kuma hull.. good times.. It was replaced with atago.. Pitty they will not give it back or some such. Moving it to t10....w t f.
I am just 6% away f om the kiti... I have regrinded the huru line about 7 times with my 500k+ coal and some steel.. so happy i had tons of economic boosts...
Bro, I remember when Phly played Kitakami years ago and you could unload all 40 torps (20 perside) indiscriminately. Of course gimmicks and deepwater torps didn't exist back then, but holy cow 40 torps comming at you is one hell of a thing to make you squeeze 🤣🤣🤣
It's a pity WoWs doesn't do more Night Battles. After all _that's what Kitakami was specifically designed for._ Her intended tactic was long-range, mass-torpedo salvos against enemy main battle lines at night. Using her anywhere else is an automatic disadvantage. She shouldn't even be at Tier X; maybe Tier IX at most.

I had to play against a Kita/Shima/Balao div in my Brandenburg (no hydro!) And it was f'ing awful. The sub spotted and the other two just lobbed endless torps and stayed undetected. While dodging the torps I got shotgunned by the sub with a tight spread of his torps. Game over. It was stupid.

How much of those resources you had before the conversion that you actual paid for? We all know you're good, but how did you get that high? I stopped buying everything except for premium time, and I have a fair amount of coal ships, but only 1 steel ship. I have somewhere between 70 and 100 ship, with about 150 open port slots. I could say I just got into playing the game, but didn't play clan too much and got away from ranked for awhile. Are there other ways to make more coal and steel without playing ranked or clan? I originally got into playing because I'm a naval history fan, so after initially buying a few premium ships, I just started playing mostly random. Outside of slowly building the tech tree lines for the American, Japanese, and English, I really haven't worked on any of the other tech tree lines.
The only things I ever payed for on my old acc was some premium time packaged with Gremy and Tirpitz later on, that's it
I would say , this thing plays exactly like Benham. If you are a Benham veteran , you can wreck people with this thing. Ironicaly Benham isnt that OP.
I burned all my coal, steel, and had to regrind two ship lines just to get Defence. Was it worth it? Maybe. I don't play often anyways so I don't really give much care about losing my coal and steel

Yea, play smolensk to see how menacing it is. It has been hit with the nerf hammer so much, i think they broke the hammer.

I had 8 mil free exp so i used just RP for it.
Thats cool, but in my Kunming i can get 60 torpedos in the water in the same direction easily in 8 seconds ;)

WeeGee seems to have a permit for hunting whales. And you can see the pain when the hunted move the resource sliders...
btw, presence of CVs in YT videos about Kitakami : Flambass : 0/2, Trenlass 0/1, Potato quality 1/3. Odd, isn't it ?

But since I consider Kitakami an "Anti-ship", made just to stop any play on objectives, I stopped at the Defence. Honestly: they should've removed the possibility to switch between regular and deepwater in seconds.
Like: If you had chosen a type It has to load the current launcher with that type.

Had yesterday my first game with a kitakami in the enemy team but from my little visit i have to say a sherman eats this ship in seconds ^^
28:30 That's how balancing works, if you have very different entities. And if you don't want everything to be the exact same, then you will have this type of balancing. I mean, you could give Kitakami the dps stats of every cruiser, but how you want do that? It has 40 torps, so you balance the dps and every torp does like 5k dmg or what? ^^ And the guns need ulta high rate of fire to keep up with gun dps of other cruisers. That wouldn't work well

There should be a limit for torpedoes that ahips like that can carry in game.. imagine a space that is needed for all this fucking torps that flambass shot all in one game?
This ship actually existed.... Do you think Wargaming would actually miss a chance to release a unicorn like this into the game? When I first started playing it was still in the game at tier 8... but by the time I reached T8 in the Japanese line it had been pulled. I want it but there is no way I'm spending that much gold for this thing.

During the second game, if the enemy team actually cared to kill you two, they would have easily. You both were lucky they mostly ignored you the entire match.

Since the WG elitism continues with this ship, where only people in the club or whales can get it, I'll quit any game I see a kitakami against me. If I cannot get the ship, it shouldn't be allowed to be played against me.

if you want to have real fun, if you are geting bored, all you have to do is egg the admins in your or enemy´s team. they will come after you, trust me. it will make the game really challenging, even in non standard battles agaisnt "bots": THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE. CHALLENGE THEM, MAKE THE GAME INTERESTING.
