Man, this video is sooo underrated. You should be working for rolex or something but then this would not have been created. I don't know if the excavator (digger, in Ireland) was better unpainted or painted. Honestly, I have been trying to decide for days. True credit. I might try attempting this project but ,it's not as easy as you make it look, obviously. Thank you.

Wow! Ça paraît si simple de construire un ensemble si complexe !
Connaissant déjà une bonne partie de tes méthodes je poserais 2 questions simples :
- les collages epoxy sont ils dans le temps fiables? Pour coller du métal personellement, je le chauffe autour de 150 degrés, faute de quoi l'epoxy n'adhère pas assez, toi il semble que tu colle directement sans soucis.
- le Silence de fonctionnement est étonnant ! Est-ce dû a une pompe particulière? lente ? Ou a la fluidité de l'huile peut-être plus épaisse que la courante ultra fluide employée ?
En tout cas je suis toujours autant Fan de ces petit engins bourrés de détails et de bonnes idées !
Pour l'instant ca semble bon oui, les plus anciens collage epoxy que j'ai remonte à 4 ans et pas de problèmes. Pareil je chauffe à 150° pendant 5min, c'est dans la notice de l'Endfest 300 (pistolet reglé sur 180°).
C'est le montage qui rends la pompe si douce, c'est une Jung HR-7 avec réducteur planétaire Kontronik, le même montage que sur ma SK270, mais cette fois pour gagner de la place le réducteur est directement monté sans accouplement souple. Je vais faire une vidéo du montage de la pompe bientôt. Par contre aucune de mes pompes n'est fixé sur les machines elle sont toutes posé sur de la mousse et tienne en place uniquement pas les tuyaux.
@@BartsteRCModels ok, d'où le bruit, effectivement aucune transmission physique de la vibration, c'est si logique que tu es génial !!!
Une vidéo serait très sympa sur tes montages oui.
De même que la durée de la vidéo de construction pourrait être de 30 min sans soucis.
Comme tu as déjà fait, une courte une longue.
Pour la endfest,je connais c'est une excellente marque de colle, je n'avais pas vu que tu chauffais, mais ça me rassure sur la solidité. Après 4ans c'est garanti,ça ne bougera plus jamais.
As tu envisagé une construction intégrale en laiton ? Ça alourdirait la machine, mais pas de risque de rotulage vu l'excellente base tournante que tu utilises, et ça te permettrait de faire une vieille pelleteuse un peu Vintage, avec du métal juste brossé et vieillit.
(Je pense à un bulldozer à treuil très ancien dans l'aspect vu sur une vidéo Nordbau ou autre je ne sais plus, aspect cuivre et laiton)
En tout cas.... J'adore vraiment énormément tes réalisations ! Autant les machines que la construction qu'elles réalisent ensuite.
