Okay, I have a definite new bucket list item: see the DNSO play, especially one of their themed shows like this! I’ve also seen a number of videos from their Morricone show. AMAZING. The entire orchestra goes ALL IN. Fantastic music!

It works better on the album because Eivor does not need the orchestra and the chorals. It felt more intimate and personal. This feels disembodied from the original intent and it just doesn't work. This is not a reflection of her, but rather a compliment. In short, this is overkill.
