In 9:05 only the color1 port is showing the inserted catchlight when I try to insert them both in the mixRGB. I can't really wrap my head around this problem so sorry for the trouble.
@@aVersionOfReality The only thing I can say is that the left/right mask has worked fine up till this point. But I guess I can go back and review the group. The only other thing I've noticed is that the 'cornea' vertex group doesn't have any vertices assigned to it from the mesh but maybe I'm misremembering the purpose of it?

Its probably an issue with the Left: Right mask then? Can you say more about the problem?
