i had the same problem, check that the paths shown are the same. so if pcsx2 says it's looking in ':c, user, documents, pscx2, bios' make sure it's there and not in ':c, user, downloads, pscx2, bios'. good luck

First of all publicly sharing the PS2 BIOS is ILLEGAL! So I had to make sure if I want to mention it it should be fast and not obvious. But my man, the pages logo and website name is too obvious!
