Where can I see them? Just a side note: not to scare you but My mom had chest pain in March and April and I took her to the hospital in Kona both times and they checked her and said shes fine, probably stressed. Fast forward to our trip to Canada in June and she had pain again, and I took her to the hospital and she was actually having a heart attack!! She had to get hospitalized and get 2 stents put in. She's doing great now, but still in Canada. So please, Don't believe everything the docs say, and be proactive with Michaels health. I've got heart disease in my family, and have autoimmune issues as well so I have been following Dr. GUNDY on you tube and doing what he says for 4 days and already feel so much better myself. You guys might want to check it out yourself. Its pretty interesting. Hope you stay well and keep posting these relaxing videos! Mahalo from Kona side!

Love your videos, Nastaran. I feel a pull to move to Hawaii but the one thing that concerns me is access to healthcare. It seems like you two both get your major healthcare in San Diego rather than Hawaii. Is there not good available care in Pahoa? You could definitely sell your art. I would buy one in a heartbeat. I love mermaids, the sea turtles, the ocean and fish. Beautiful work. ❤ I will be in Pahoa in about a month in case you'd let me pick one up from you ;)
We have both found out that the clean fresh air and the lovely Island magic helps with your health. Our joints don't hurt, we are much better in Hawaii than in San Diego. You are correct, there is limited card in Hawaii but you get what is needed and you will not be left in the dark when it comes to health care. If its major, they fly you to Honolulu and they have fantastic care and the flight is covered by insurance. Don't let that deter you from moving to Hawaii, if its in your blood, you will live very happily. (Mike)

I hope to “live like a local” when I am there next month and really soak it in. I hope you can retire soon and learn the beautiful art of doing nothing on occasion. ;). Take care!

I am fully recovered and have a clean bill of health. I am hoping your husband is ok. Please keep us updated. (Mike)
Another great video
Love your videos, I’m a resident a couple loops above you and would love to purchase a couple of your painted rocks for my Airbnb . Michael you da man you remind me of myself always moving and improving something to make life better, I hope we all meet one day at the cliffs by chance that would be honor. Aloha 🤙🏽 Chris
Chris, I would love to meet you. The next time I am there in December, come by and introduce yourself. I would love to tap into some of that knowledge of yours and maybe you can help me with a project or two, lol (Mike)
Great video! Would like to see a tutorial on how you paint those rocks and what type of paints you use
@@hatalarious I have a few tutorials if you look on the list of videos, but I’ll be happy to include a tutorial soon. I use acrylic paint, and seal it with resin.
I keep telling her the same thing. She does not believe that her rocks are very good.
Amazing painting!
@@Gayle45 Thank you so much Gail
I am in love with your painted rocks. Would love to know what paints you use.
@@Angelaaa1015 Thank you so much. I use just regular acrylic paint, metallic watercolor for the glittery areas, and seal them with resin for shine and protection
Pahoa will bring a whole new different kind of stress its just mer shadow of what it once was i left long ago because of it .. be safe keep your things locked up tight the nights have eyes
great video
Hi Nastaran! I’ve been watching your videos for awhile. You put so much time and effort into them, I love all the beautiful shots of Hawaii you include. Do you have anybody that checks on your house while you are in San Diego? I have heard Pahoa has high crime rates and if your house looks vacant it will get broken into. Looking forward to your next video and so glad your husband is getting ready for retirement. Mahalo!
@@mindibear Aloha Mindi, and thank you for your comment. Thank you for noticing the work that goes to the video and your encouraging words really nice to hear. Yes my friend and neighbor Barb house sits everyday. She is in my street and has full access. I too understand that vacant houses are targets for squatters unfortunately. I’m very lucky to have her. Mahalo for your support and watching.
We watch your videos all the time and very much enjoy them. We are looking to move there for 6 months. Our daughter lives in Hawaii. Is your neighborhood walkable?
@@pamelaensminger369 Aloha Pamela. Forgive me, but did you mean you will be here for 6 months only? Or moving here in 6 months? Either way I’m so happy for you. You will love being embraced by Hawaii. Neighborhood is very large and walkable from my house to the ocean cliffs but not walkable to the market. A car is definitely needed. Thank you for watching
Thank you. We will be coming in January for six months. Looking for a rental in a safe area walakable to a farmers market would be nice.
Please give Michael our Aloha, its so good to see you guys again, and it's so nice to know you are not alone!! Thebhouse looks great, your artwork is AMAZING, I'd Love to buy one.
I’m so sorry I missed your wonderful comment. Mahalo for your kind words and concern. I'll keep you posted on Michael's progress and have to find that doctor you mentioned on TH-cam. Hope your mom is feeling better. It must have been so scary. Hope you enjoyed your holiday season and thank you for watching.
I will be in Pahoa in about a month in case you'd let me pick one up from you ;)
We have both found out that the clean fresh air and the lovely Island magic helps with your health. (Mike)
@ thank you for your reply! I used to live in socal and it is very beautiful there as well. Hawaii really is special though. I hope to “live like a local” when I am there next month and really soak it in.
I hope you can retire soon and learn the beautiful art of doing nothing on occasion. ;). Take care!
@@Melbatoasty I too will be there for about 3 weeks in december, stop by and say hello. (Mike)
More videos please :)
We are trying to put out a video a week. It takes about 3-4 days to download the videos, edit them, and then upload them to youtube, not including shooting all the footage. This last video took Nastaran 3 days just to upload it to youtube. I guess they were bogged down with traffic. (Mike)
You found the purple moon lady. Can you tell where it is?
@@vickystiles6196 Yes she is beautiful. It’s in a small park called Papio park by Hawaiian shores ocean cliffs
@Nastaran.Battles how do I get there from HPP?
@@vickystiles6196 Take highway 130 or “Keaau-Pahoa” highway and head south, make a left on kahakai Rd, go almost all the way to the beach, make a right on Papio Street. Pass first road and then it’ll be in your left in Papio park. Hope you like her as well
Get Andro from HD in Hilo for the fire ants. I visit my home in Paho once a quarter. I have not have had any problems with them.
@@domingodelgado3944 Thank you for the tip
Use instant coffee or cook it the old way. God bless you MARANATHA
Lost a dear family member that worked like that who was 63 so please slow down. The project will be there tomorrow so you can be there too.
Thank you for your kind thoughts. I am definitely trying to slow down. (Mike)
