@@HoneySoakedSeagull Im UK too. I thought it was a bit out of the ordinary for dropzone. I put it down to a simple editing/recording error with the audio source input. Wasn't a big deal for me, just letting dropzone know. Though I'd be happy to blame it on the Microsoft balls-up done today. I love blaming Microsoft for anything and everything. LOL
The cellular structure changes is definitely in need of documentation. Also curious about the changes in different types of wood and stone and concrete.
Awesome video, i don't know about Gordon Ramsay, but the infusion between cells and the rupturing of cells and cells walls are pretty interesting to me. Forcing foreign substances into intercellular passage ways is pretty interesting.
Question/video idea - can you sterilise stuff using super-high pressure? Like, if you put a small piece of food under high pressure, return it to normal pressure and put it into a sealed container would it still rot or have you killed all the microbes in it? What if you keep it under high pressure for a long period of time, would it still decay?
Reminds me of stories of how internees/political prisoners in Long Kesh got alcohol smuggled in. Poteen (extremely strong, about 90% abv alcohol) was injected into oranges that family members would hand over to their loved ones.
If you ziplock a steak in a bag and send it to the bottom of the ocean, would it be tenderised?
