i am planning to use FLOORTEK D for my concrete roof deck na tututluyan for another floor in the future, my queries are the following

The preparation for the application of sealers would take time if the slab needs repairs first or needs to be smoothened using a topping. As for the tile adhesive, you may need to use a topping as well so as to avoid using the thick bed method. Plus, the price of tiles could also vary depending on the type of tile to be used.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. First, need po muna ng proper assessment kung kailangan ba munang mag densifier bago mag topical sealer. Second, wala po kaming sealer na ginagamitan ng polisher machine. Lastly, no need na po and not recommended mag floorwax for Floortek S since magiging glossy na yung flooring.

1. The surface must be clean and free from all contaminants. New concrete floors should be at least 14 days old before applying. All damages should be repaired.
2. Apply Floortek S using a squeegee or a low-pressure sprayer.
3. Apply the liquid evenly over the surface to ensure maximum and even penetration.
4. Allow a period of 3 - 4 hours before applying the second coat.

The preparation for the application of floor sealers would take time if the slab needs repairs first or needs to be smoothened using a topping. As for the tile adhesive, you may need to use a topping as well so as to avoid using the thick bed method. Plus, the price of tiles could also vary depending on the type of tile to be used.
