I've finished this game more than once as well. I've never done a stealth assassin playthrough, I always go for the combat simply because the combat system is a lot of fun. I will wander and look for random mongols or ronin, just to do the combat.

GoT is one of the best games I’ve ever played. The combat, the stealth, the story, the world! All of it comes together beautifully. The biggest issue for me is that there’s not much replay value after you beat it. The story is very linear.
