Hi Laura, so nice to come across an Irish person on TH-cam talking about personal finance. So much of what I watch seems to be geared towards the UK and American markets so your page is a welcomed find. I have subscribed. And I would love to see more information on budgeting and how you purchased a house as a single person, which is almost unheard of in this day and age. Off to watch more of your videos now, Aidan.
I do pretty much the exact same thing, after listening to the She's on the money audiobook! Bit overwhelming at first, and procrastinated doing it for ages, but so satisfying once its done and implemented! Now i love having "extra" left over from my fun money that i can put towards savings (no house or dependents so im lucky to be able to do that!)
I originally found your content way back in the day through your clear debt and save money fast video and it helped me sort my finances out and completely changed my relationship with money! These videos are always very inspiring and help me keep on track so I'd be very interested in a video about your budgeting technique. The deep dive on how Irish content creators make money and how the business end of it works would be really interesting too!
OMG the smile that just crept across my face reading this! Apologies if there was some repetition in this video, I suspect there was. I should really go back and re-watch the original actually! I'll get to work on both of those videos this week, thanks a million Marielle!
Aww that's lovely, I'm glad! It's very encouraging and helpful to hear this now as you've bought your house on your own in a housing crisis. Thanks so much for everything Laura and I'm looking forward to seeing those videos!
@Lauras_Views lol. Seriously though, well done on paying off that debt and purchasing your home. I love the pocket accounts on Revolut; I put aside a small amount every week that I can use for non-necessary purchases. I make a list every month of items I would like and I then review it at the end of the month. Majority of the time I don't even want the item anymore and if I do, I only buy if there's enough in my pocket account. Great for making myself more accountable with frivolous purchase!

Thanks for sharing would love a deeper dive 😊
Coming up! Which deeper dive though; the "how much money content creators make in Ireland?" or "my detailed budget"?
@@Lauras_Views both? I think the content creator one would be very interesting
@@marw5210 I don't think I've seen any Irish creators speak on the topic yet?

Well done! I would love to see a detailed budget video as I am also becoming a homeowner very soon.
How you do the budget with the pen and paper would be great Laura.
I'll work on that in the next week or two, thanks for your feedback!
@ brilliant, thanks Laura
New subscriber!👋🏻 Would love a deeper dive on your personal budget and content creator things also
Woo, welcome welcome! Thank you for that feedback, I'll get cracking on those in the next week or two.
Love this, I'd love to see more budget/personal finance content from you!!
And I would love to share it! I don't really think I've seen any other Irish creators share it thus far so it could be interesting?
Love the video Laura, I’d love a video on your technique I tried a few before that I couldn’t stick to 😅
Coming right up! Mine could not be simpler; little bit of maths at the start then smooth sailing afterwards.
Thank you for this video Laura I’m currently living at home with nothing to show for it. I’m 28 and finally sorting it out thanks to you
So informative as always Laura, such real content I'm here for it!
Thank you so much Aoife!
Love the video Laura, would definitely love the deeper dive into influencer payments and how that works!
Thanks so much, Edel! I'll definitely do a video on that as soon as I can. I don't believe I've seen any other Irish creators speak on it. Have you?
Alwyas love ur content!
You're so kind Ciara, thank you!
Great video. Would love a what i spend in a week video.
Oh good suggestion; might be a bit boring though! But I'm on it, and thank you! 📝
I would love to learn on how to save, married with 2 kids and a mortgage. Can even save 20 euro these days. I would love advice
Girl I hear you loud and clear; I'm much the same these days. Every time I get a few bob in savings, something comes along to swipe it off me.
Wait... so does the credit union give you the cinnamon???
They should!
