I love my Buydeem. Had it for 2 years and it's still going strong. Note: It will stain on the inside bottom of the pitcher but a quick wipe with a melamine sponge makes quick work of cleaning back to new!
Thank you for the review. Do you think it is possible to make strong enough tea at the 5 cup setting to then use as a base for 3 quarts of iced tea? Meaning make 5 strong cups and then pour into pitcher, add sugar and water, and chill in the frig? Could it make the 5 cups strong or dark enough to be the base?
2 years later, but maybe helpful to someone....Yes! Absolutely. I make a tea concentrate with the Buydeem all the time for ice tea. (I use 1/3 cup loose tea)

Can you out the pitcher in the fridge for iced tea or would it be best to empty it out into another pitcher that goes into the fridge?
