So Reformist I've already commented on one of your videos saying Khorne Trials is missing then it occured to me there might be something wrong with my files. I have followed the installation guide and now the game looks much better and the issue is resolved so thank you so much
I don't know if you were recommended this Warband mod already but are planning on doing a series on the World of Vasnar mod? A major update for it was released back at the end of July and a hopefully final patch for the update was released some hours ago.
It doesn't affect any of my other mods, no. As long as you load up the game and select a different mod from the launcher, it will load that mod. You can even use WSE2 to launch other mods and it runs the game very nicely!

Did you follow the steps exactly in this guide? If so, you shouldn't need to "download" WSE2 at all as it is already included in the files the modding team provided. The only thing you need to do is extract it to the correct location. Anyway, if your game isn't working due to a mistake, you can easily correct it by uninstalling the game through Steam then deleting the entire game folder. Then reinstall the game and it will work again without any issues.

Why this version uses WSE2? Just returned to this mod after 10 or more years and already installed this and start playing from Moddb, that use just WSE. Is this early version that would come lately to Moddb? What to do with WSE version to play WSE2? Uninstall all the staff and start over again? It is first time i trying mod with WSE.
This version of Warsword Conquest will eventually come to ModDB. I'd recommend a fresh install, so deleting everything in the Warband folder, uninstalling it from Steam etc. After that, following this guide step by step should get it working for you. If you need further assistance, I suggest joining the Warsword Conquest Discord.

"wse2 launchere exe." does not show up after extract it on my pc...

For errors like that, I'd recommend joining the Warsword Conquest Discord and asking there. They'll have a much greater understanding of them.
