marissa im a working mum. can your please do slowcooker meals. we dont on a dutch oven and dont put the oven all day as energy prices are through the roof here
Hey Marisa. Ive been trying to incorporate liver into my diet because feel so great when i eat it and my hair fall slows. The problem is i get migraines when i eat even a tiny piece the size of a thumbnail. Have you heard of this? I tried upping electrolytes by drinking stevia sweetened vitamin water (not the best i know) and that seemed to do the trick for a while. But now its not helping anymore. I tried trace minerals drops but they give me horrible Restless Leg Syndrome (the irresistible urge to move legs while at rest)- im guessing its the magnesium because mag supplements make the RLS worse for me and many people with RLS. Not sure my question, i guess just wondering if youve heard of liver causing migraines and if lack of electrolytes is the only cause or are there others? I haven't tried other organ meats yet. Thanks for any insight
Actually, Magnesium helps with RLS( Restless leg syndrome).. Taking the right Magnesium at bedtime will help. RLS & Migraines...Dr. Eric Berg's YT channel has a lot of information.& His website

You can do this same recipe in a slow cooker! Just start it first thing in the morning :) I'll sometimes do it that way!
