Yes exactly couldn’t have said that any better the reason I really like the power wagon it’s because it’s good for off-road and work and not hating on the legendary Cummins ram but it’s just that nose is to heavy not really for off-road but good for work and that’s where the power wagon comes in good to pull trailers through country roads muddy construction sites yet being a bit lighter then the Cummins but still having a good strong V8 Engine

the 1500s are pretty bad, my wifes parents bought a new 2019 1500 with the 5.7 an its a/c is pretty sad. it having the electric cooling fans opposed to having the mechanical fan seems to be the problem, because the 2013 power wagon an the new 2018 i just got will freeze you out before you know it.

Except the Power Wagon can't carry a lot. Payload is horrible compared to other gas 2500 models.

The lowest specced Power Wagon has a payload of 1,510 lbs. While highly specced it has under 1,100 lbs. After passengers, it doesn't give you much leeway, especially if you're towing.

Don't expect to tow a 3 foot trailer if you have a full load of passengers, let alone any other payload.

Other gas 2500s have payloads upwards of 3,000 pounds gas 2500s typically have a higher payload than the diesel 2500s

Scotty Kilmer said these are junks. I didn't believe him and bought one. Nothing but issues with transmission and electrical. Now the AC is not working properly. 2019 with 8,400mi. POS!

Cute car but they need to step their game up if they're going to compete with the new 7.3 ford gas engine but then again this truck will mostly be used as a Luxury commuter rather than a commercial truck . Think of the Avalanche 2500 with the 8.1, most owners are wealthier individuals who tow their boats , dirtbikes, ATVs , campers every now and then .

Comparing apples to oranges.
One is for off road while Ford 7.3 gasser is for hauling, towing and will be in their 550/650 models.
