It reminds me of when I was trying to discuss something about male role models and the good traits non toxic ones shared - and she raised that there's no reason that we should think of those traits as particularly male, and we agreed, and yet still those traits were the ones expected in good men. This seems like the other side of the coin kind of. Maybe.

I love Scorpia, S tier character for sure, and very wholesome energy. I would have loved her even if she were Horde till the end. But she is very preferential, I feel like she simps for Catra (relatable) while treating Lonnie, Rogelio, and Kyle more like the grunts that they are. I think her good qualities are exemplified fantastically with her care for Entrapta and Emily though, and her inability to fully ignore what Catra did to them. Though even there you gotta admit she went through quite a lot of rationalizing first.
When you asked us to guess, I thought "Objectively? Weiss Schnee. Subjectively? Oscar and Penny." So I'm gonna go ahead and take that as 1 1/2 points! Nora too though, more of a best girl during the Atlas arc than Weiss (I said it don't hate me)
we all know penny is best girl in RWBY, if only part-time (rip again). i will concede that weiss is a good full-time best girl, but nobody can compete with penny's best girl highs.
I'm going to have to disagree with both you and your brother on the Best Girl from The Owl House. Luz is clearly the Best Girl in the show. She's consistently supportive of her friends and surrogate family, and she consistently tries to find the good in people who antagonize her. She's also extremely abundantly wholesome, especially with King and Eda, and she is the anchor that brings together her friend group of Willow, Gus, and Amity.
