I had insulin resistance and low/no carb barely touched it but lowering inflammation fixed it. So it seemed to me inflammation was the cause of the insulin resistance rather than the other way around
So interesting! They are both inter-connected, and for each person the combination of root causes will dictate what develops first. Thanks for sharing your experience!
I really want to thank you so much for your videoes They are amazing, knowledge-packed and explain the issues I used to wonder about. Pls don't stop 🙏🙏🙏 Aneta
I had a question about vitamins and who set the standard daily dose recommended for adults .. how accurate are they and how long ago were these established or if they have been updated ... to me some of the recommendations seem very high.. I would really appreciate any information that you could give me on this ... thank you ....
Hi! Research on Vitamins started in the early 1900s and were set at levels to prevent serious nutrient deficiency disease like rickets however they were not set to maintain health as that is not very well known and is very individual. Some values like Vitamin D have been updated but are still controversial. Hope this helps!
Hello, I would appreciate it if you share your opinion on this issue: If I get an injection of Botox into my forehead, can it affect the inflammation in my body? I have stage 3 endometriosis
Great question, and unfortunately the answer to this is not exactly known. Botox is supposed to stay local to the muscle within which it is injected, although some of it can leak out and enter the blood stream. It probably would not be enough to affect systemic inflammation. I hope this helps!

So nice information.❤
Thanks for liking!
I have high ESR but normal CRP , but I have inflammation especially arms and legs . I don’t know if it’s water retention.
Inflammation can cause water retention, and one can have low grade inflammation with a normal CRP level. Hope this helps!
@@dr.patriciamills yes pretty sure I have low grade inflammation. Could you please do a video on inflammation and how to lower it
@@lambylambcurly I've done a related one before, see this video: th-cam.com/users/live8ok4ZtDiuhA and I will continue to work on doing more!
