What can we do to cause alkalosis? Does excess salt increase acid production? Do you think distilled water 7.0, helps to leech calcium? Should we get our minerals from our food or water? 1 kg=2.2 lbs for those not using the metric system. Who are the Authors you have gleaned your knowledge from? Are ruminant animals best equipped to digest grasses and plants? Have you broken down the nutrient profiles of 1 lb or 1.1 kg of meats, fish and poultry? Salt-Farmers feed salt and other minerals in the slop they serve the animals before slaughter. I suggest everyone get a book that breaks down all the nutrition in each food. This will also help you prepare a better food profile for better health.
We should never drink distilled water (ever, not enough minerals), excess anything is harmful, vegetables and fruits are alkaline forming, minerals should come from food and water, authors are multiple usually from nephrology journals (look up search reel renal acid potential load), ruminant animals are, salt is crucial for life but not too much or too little - hope this helps!

I read Vimergy chlorella was PURE and not made from lake water. Amazon has that brand in powder form but I want tablets or capsules. What other brands are PURE in capsule or tablet form?

I started buying wheat berries and barley. Started boiling them to make cereal for breakfast. Also, I am grinding my own berries to make flour into bread. I noticed after about five or six weeks of doing that that my urgency to go head diminished greatly. I’m about 80% better and I’m off of the medicine that I take for it. Not sure why this happened but I am thrilled.

Very good video 😊 What about other types of cancer other than breast? My mother died fairly young of fallopian tube cancer. My sister and I both had an elective total hysterectomy bc of this. Also, i’ve heard that it’s difficult to find a practitioner who’s very knowledgeable about prescribing bio identical HRT, since it’s not regulated. Thanks for your help!
You're welcome! As far as I am aware, the risk of ovarian cancer can go up on estrogen therapy alone, which is a good reason to be on progesterone at the same time. No data on fallopian tube that I'm aware of. The Menopause Society has a Find a Practitioner function, and Science & Humans in Canada is an online platform. Bioidentical is indeed regulated, like Estrogel and Prometrioum - there are both bio-identical and non-bioidentical options regulated options, just need a doctor who knows the difference :)

As I am having bleeding throughout the month in perimenopause, I started Dim and it seems to be helping, could Dim lower overall estrogen which could lead to weight gain, worried I may lower it too much or does Dim just work on estrogen that needs removing, really appreciate your help.
Hi! Great question. I don't think we really know the answer to that, will depend on how long one takes it for and other factors. Overall DIM is fairly safe however I always pulse my supplements, taking them on an off for periods of time, to be safe as long term studies are not available. Hope this helps!
I’ve been through menopause too and Dim helps me a lot for my mood, hot flashes and my sleep better as well. The one I get is Dim by Throne brand. I talked with my OB.doc about this and he said it’s safe to use long term.

@@joosdoor Not sure what you mean - one would not be taking supplements and observing if things are improving. Because supplements alone are never the solution - one has to also work on the lifestyle that created the condition, like diet, exercise, stress, toxins, etc. The hope over time is that supplements are no longer needed. hope this helps!

Hi there, thank you for all the info. Do you have any information on the pollen or Royal jelly? I’ve been trying it in an effort to reduce the possibility of my estrogen. Heavy situation. I do have endometriosis. I’ve only had one surgery so far my lesions are back on an anti-inflammatory diet, and they do take a load of supplements. I’m trying this as well. What are your thoughts
Hi! I am not aware on the use of pollen for endometriosis - I have come across it for menopause with some effect in improving estrogen status but I'll have to do a deeper dive one day to find all of the potential effects. Hope this helps!

I never had fibroids, then I went back to eating meat and dairy and within a year I have fibroids, had polyps on my cervix. I am now back to plant based except organic eggs from my chickens.

Sorry to hear! There’s no research showing reversal of this condition - if it were me I’d look into the vitamin K2, D3 and magnesium as they are needed to direct calcium into the bones where they belong ðŸ‘

It’s very important with severe osteoporosis to have experts guidance and supervision in the room while starting and progressing with these exercises. Thank you dr! May I check with you about K2 - another doctor was talking about cis and trans k2 with that the cis k2 is the one that works and trans type doesn't do anything. He said that most k2 supplements do not state this because either they use trans or a combination of cis and trans. Are you aware of this and what are your thoughts about it because most brands do not list what type of k2 they make. Given the many misinformation out there on social media, does it matter if its cis or trans? Also, i how much silica should one take per day? Thank u.

I just looked into it and looks pretty good except I'm not a huge fan of strontium. The reason it works is that it is similar to calcium, but then why not just use calcium? I wonder if the small differences in the two would add up to problems in the future. Hope this helps!

I am 77 years old, small boned ... in 1999, I SHATTERED my right wrist after slipping on ice! In ER, the surgeon told me he was doubtful he could "find all the pieces" so he couldn't promise the use of that hand but it would take around 2 years to reach any kind of decent healing. I was going to be in a cast for 6 months followed by a year and a half of physical therapy. He took tests, and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. At that time, I was a worship leader, the one who played guitar! So I told the surgeon, "That's not going to work for me. Do you mind if I pray for you?" I asked Jesus to help him find every piece and put my wrist back together again. When I woke up in Recovery, the surgeon spoke into my ear, "I found every piece. It was like stringing pearls!" Thankful but still ended up with 3 screws and a cast. However, I kept praying for God's intervention. Fast forward >>> in 6 weeks I was playing guitar at our daughter's wedding - without a cast, without a brace! Yay God! However, I still had osteoporosis. Over the next 3 years, I tried 3 different medications: Fosamax, Actenol, and Boniva. Horrible side effects. So I stopped taking anything and started researching. Found out that walking builds bone ... so 10,000 steps a day since. Around 2005, I had another bone scan - LOW RISK FOR OSTEOPORISIS! Wow! I was so happy. I am still walking those 10,000 steps a day! Recently, the bone scan showed a little bit of Osteopenia in my hips. :( Hence, watching your video today to learn more about getting that reversed too! Wow, I so appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I have been researching the topic for months and have not found anything else as informative as the information you have provided! I have a fibroid the size of a cantaloupe. The gynaecologist wants to remove it along with my uterus because I am done having children. He hopes to leave my ovaries intact so it should hopefully not affect my hormones. I am thinking that due to the size of the growth I am beyond natural means. My question; is there any reason I should ask him to only remove the fibroid and leave the uterus as long as I take your health suggestions to ensure I avoid regrowth? Or is it a safer bet to just have him take the uterus while in there (I certainly don’t want another surgery down the road)?
Great question! Removal of the uterus can affect blood flow to the ovaries causing an early and/or more severe menopause. Personally I’d keep my uterus intact if that were an option for me.
