    Had a nice sleep and interesting dreams with this one. Woke without anxiety this morning. Slept 8 hours straight through. The dreams had a lot of symbolism.

    This is my 1st experience with this particular person I always give honest feedback, I also understand that some people have serious trust issues that make these types of self help videos much harder to see result I'll finish this once I reach my conclusions

      I've been going to leave my opinion but I can't manage to stay awake to listen to it, I have been feeling better about myself since I started so I'm going to say that it's working for me, I had been having a very hard time letting go of someone who was very toxic for me but who I was very attached to, I don't feel like I'm trying to hold on anymore I feel I am letting go finally I don't remember why I didn't want to let go anymore, thank you for being here when we need you.

    I have listen to the quit smoking video and it worked wonders so I’ve now moved along to help myself but after listening to this one 3 nights I wake up angry extremely angry I don’t know why

      I’m sure it’s going to be unrelated, as this is pure positive affirmations, but maybe use another track to test. ~ Joseph

      It could be either your negative emotions purging OR resistance that gets in the way. You can try listening to it for at least 21 days or 40 and see if it works.

      Also journaling whatever it is that is on your mind, even simple things. You will figure out eventually where the Anger is coming from. It worked for me, maybe it will for you too?
