My surgery is behind me and I'm on the mend. I had promised to show how we had put my shop back together but I ran out of time before the surgery. I hope this will explain everything!

Recovery will take as long as it takes. We will be here eagerly awaiting your return to the lathe, etc. Yeah, show us a little more as you feel like it. Glad to see you up and about while on the mend. I had surgery on my left hand the other day. As I was working on a friend’s car several months ago. My friends young son slammed the car door on my hand and the index finger and thumb joints got hurt. I could not bend the fingers because of damage to the joints. Now I must refrain from wood turning since I can’t hold the tools securely. Doing much better now. I understand your predicament quite well, but for a much different reason. Get well soon, friend!

Great looking floor Gord. I tried the epoxy on my garage floor and it did not last. Of course here in Canada a lot of salt gets used on our roads and my wife and I park our cars in the garage. Take it easy and take your time healing. We all will wait.
