ok question if we have tried all of that and it still doesn't work what else can we do i bought mine and hers on amazon (Renewed) and mine worked with no problem but hers when u put in on the charger it should make a ding noise but doesn't and the sound volume is all the way up and silent is off and the do not disturb is also off
