It fixed it! I went ahead and deleted all that watch history on safari like you said and my phone is back to normal. Almost had to reset my phone and would have lost all my babies new born pictures. Thank you sir

I got the notification and downloaded the app recommended for checking viruses on the pop up. When on the app I scanned for viruses and then immediately came on TH-cam and deleted the app. Would that app maybe have gave me any viruses?
The best way to use Cydia is not to use it. Cydia has become so outdated and the repositories offer tweaks for IOS 9 and older. AltStore is much better. Its a lot less invasive and the available 3rd party apps available on IOS Ninja library install through AltStore
