Great video! 👍 I have that same problem with my 66 tailgate. Being twisted sums it up. Truck had a camper shell on it most of it's life and tailgate is straight. I knew I needed to watch this to the end
I saw a guy on TH-cam (can't remember the channel) but he just put his taco'ed C10 tailgate on the ground and ran it over with his truck. I was surprised, it straightened it out real good, no damage. You should try that with the old one. Put a thin rubber mat down under it and drive over it a few times.

Thanks for the compliment. I like the fans. They move a lot of air and so far the radiator does what it needs to do. However, the other day I got caught in some stop and go traffic and the temps were creeping up. It was hot outside and I had the ac on but I’m still disappointed. I don’t know what or how to fix that. It’s always something
You are correct sir. Always something, picked up a 66 last month and going through it. my first truck was a 66, and now I’m in my 40’s, and yet the ol 66 calls. She’s got some problems, but overall super clean. I appreciate your reply and candid response. You do good tedious work (I’m not patient enough lol ) I’ll keep watching your videos man.
