    Nice raw banana poriyal👌👌👌 first one is normal. Second one I must really try it as it looks crispy and nice, you have added sambar powder, which seems interesting .

    Nice quick recipes. Amma I too make this banana sabzi first peel n cut banana apply salt,chilli powder. And spoonful of grated jaggery. Keep for few mins. In a pan add oil. Add mustard,udad dal. Chanadal.curry leaves.broken Red chillies and haldi.once they splutter add the banana pieces. Add little salt if necessary.. sprinkle water cover n cook with a thali with little water on top. Cooks in five minutes .lastly add coconut gratings

      Wash your hands with coconut oil to remove stickiness after chopping
