Yesterday I made my first project ever, with your fat quarter bag tutorial! I started this apron at 9pm and it’s 1am and i just finished! 😂 I added some ruffled trim to the bottom and used valentine’s day fabrics and it is DARLING!! thank you for this video ❤
Glad it was useful!! 🥰😁
Nice one!
Great idea ❤
I’m making 6 of these for my Spaghetti Dinner helpers!!! These are perfect for a little gift for them for helping me!!
That sounds perfect! I'm sure they will love them! 😁 xx
Cute apron. I would recommend ironing your material to start.
Agree!

Awh thank you!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I'm so glad you enjoy watching!! I really appreciate it!! Xx
I agree that ironing before and during sewing, would kick up your project many notches, but Brava! Excellent easy project, well explained. you have a bright future as an educator.
Awh thank you for your feedback! I agree that ironing will help, I just hate it 🤣 but it is something I have started to incorporate into my sewing so will be showing that more! Thanks for watching and your feedback! X

@@SammiSaysCreate okay you got it! I'll take a picture and post it on Instagram. I'll comment when I'm finished
How cute and easy was your project! Going over to check out a few of other projects. New subscriber here!
Awh thank you so much!! I'm glad you like them!! 😊😊 xxx
Wow👍👌
I have to agree with other comments. If you ironed as you went it would make the world of difference. Presentation is everything. Also a focus on stitching in a straight line would help make it look better.
Thank you for your feedback, I will take this on board!
How do you wash satin ribbon?
My Instagram is im.baby.em and I posted a picture of the apron I made!
Oh amazing!!!! 🥰🥰🥰 feel free to follow me and tag me in it! I would love to share it on my story!! 😊 I am xsammisaysx xx
@@SammiSaysCreate what's your Instagram

I might have missed it , but how long is the ribbon?
if you just measure round your waist and double it that should be fine 🙂 xx
You didn’t say how much ribbon I’ll need!!!
If you measure round your waist and add about 10 inches for extra to tie with that should be okay! Xx
Just because it’s a 5 min project doesn’t mean you should skip simple steps like ironing your seams .. attention to detail is key would make the finished item look a lot better than it does … and even ironing your fabric before you cut its just so untidy
Thanks for your feedback!
Don't you press your fabric before you use it? This project is a train wreck. Good luck!
I either iron my fabric before or after depending on how much it needs it! Sometimes I even wash it and try to hang the creases out. It's very much down to personal preference! Thanks for taking the time to watch my video! 😁 x
Not a good tutorial for a beginner.
I'm sorry you feel that way! Is there anything in particular that makes you feel this way that I could change for future videos?
