Gorgeous Lady Dior!! If you do decide to get a scarf, I suggest looking at different fashion houses. Dior had a price increase on the Mitzahs and now they are more expensive than LV, Hermes, and Fendi scarves. Dior: 230$USD, LV/Hermes/Fendi:

Congrats on your new bag, what a lovely choice. Like you I have an extensive bag collection and wanted to add a Dior for a long time. I agree for some reason the boxy cumbersome shape of the Dior to me, although beautiful makes it an occasional bag in my opinion. The craftsmanship and sheer beauty of it makes it a stunner but not one I would’ve used on the daily, too pretty for daily use lol. So I finally took the plunge last fall and bought the mini size as well last fall. Only been out twice with her and I don’t regret one bit, as its a piece I will have forever and probably only use every now and then.
Definitely appreciate the craftsmanship and heritage of this beauty which is why it's a must in handbag addicts collections!

I carried mine out for the first time today after buying it right before lockdown happened. It elevated what would otherwise be a plain and simple outfit and is a quite fuss-free bag with the lambskin being more durable than I thought. The leather part on the chain makes it really comfortable to wear as opposed to Chanel flaps which tend to leave indents on my skin (if I'm wearing sleeveless tops). I also bought a twilly today! I thought it's a fun way to style it and adds so much character to my bag! Have fun wearing the bag!

When i was looking to purchase mine, I was totally going to buy the grey, they had 3 grey pieces 1 was the display, that grey was exactly what I wanted, the other two were completely different grey tones. So it’s not you, I eventually purchased the lotus, but I felt crazy too when I was looking at them. Congrats Amy!! It’s a beauty!

I have the exact same bag! Purchased it 2 yrs ago and it’s 1 of 2 “grey” bags in my handbag collection (the other being a grey m/l Chanel double flap). I actually still have the protective sticker on mine.
This is such a lovely piece and I use it either for special occasion evenings out or when I’m rocking an edgy look. I like to balance out my outfit with a more feminine and softer bag.

I wasn't able to get it 2 Saturdays ago when I went in. They had to transfer one in from the last 3 in the country. Crossing my finger it would be perfect and it is!
I have a mini lady Dior too. It is the prettiest bag out of my collections although it’s not an everyday bag. But Dior lambskin its definitely more durable than the Chanel lambskin. I don’t have to babysit as much as I would do with Chanel Lambskin. So you can feel much more relax when carrying this bag.

Congrats on your bag! It is a lovely colour! I also love the mini lady dior a lot, mine is in a dark blue with purple undertone w/ silver hardware. I took off the stickers and the charms/hardware still looks like new and I had my bag since 2016! The lambskin has no scratches too! I find it to be quite ok to get in and out of the bag especially if using a cardholder ....or a zippy Chanel coin purse with a phone works well too. Thanks for sharing and updating the new price as well.

This bag is beautiful, Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I had the mini and the small size and ended up selling both. What bothered me the most - was that the handles were always flapping around and the noise of the charms got on my nerves after a while. Nevertheless, I think this is one of the most beautiful and classic bags 👌🏼

I love the Gray! Congrats!!!Dior buying experience is a notch above the rest.I bought mine new as well. The reason I didn’t buy preloved is because they weren’t any in excellent condition and I have zero regrets buying new ,as I know I will never sell. I still haven’t removed the stickers and I don’t have a twilly, but it’s not a bad idea to keep the handles from scratching. As far as the flap I don’t mind it, but mine is leather so it scratches easy. Some now have suede on the inside flap. Enjoy Amy you will love it🥰🥰

I loved this video! I live for this level of detail and what a beautiful bag. I've found the mini to be incredibly resilient and whilst I absolutely love a mitzah- on the mini I think they're bough for appearances only- so get one if you love the look but I don't think you absolutely have to protect the handle. I think this is so adorable on you! Hope you had a very Happy Birthday! xx

It actually fits a lot more than people think, and it's perfect for going to dinner or for days when you don't need to carry much. Take the stickers off ... use it and enjoy it.

Congrats on your mini lady Dior and beating the price increase! The colors is just perfect!! Pearly medium grey feels like the quintessential Dior color! So elegant and ladylike! I agree with you that if you intend to use something as a formal or brunch kind of fancier occasion bag, a mini makes sense! My HG Hermès bag is a mini Kelly for a similar reason: I can’t think of any occasions where I can justify using such an expensive bag unless it’s for a dressier occasion, so for dressy occasions a mini bag is perfect!

Imagine pairing this bag with their bar jacket! 😍I first bought the medium size and I love it so much that I bought the mini later for going to a wedding. I may try to use the mini as an everyday bag occasionally just to get more wear out of it. Believe it or not, I can fit my phone easier in the mini than the LV nano speedy.

Congratulations for snagging this baby. I had a hard time at Dior choosing the colour. Ultimately I decided on the gunmetal in small size. It is in calf skin, if i recall correctly. Just managed to use it a 2nd time as we experienced a lockdown right after I got it. Hope you are enjoying yours!

Amy, I’m curious to hear your thoughts on Dior lamb skin quality compared to Chanel. Every time I try the lamb skin WOC at the Chanel boutique I’m very disappointed in the texture and the hardware. I own Dior and Fendi bags in lamb skin and they feel so luxurious I can’t stop petting my bags. I just don’t get that feeling with Chanel… But I have only tried the WOC. I should add I do like caviar from Chanel
I think for me lambskin is case by case basis and depending on the actual bag. Different seasons also make a difference. I'm extremely happy with my Chanel 19 lambskin but I can't say the same with every other lambskin bags I've tried at Chanel.
Congratulations Amy! I love how Lady Dior bags sort of have to be treated like a lady, so to speak. They ask for a gentle, non hurried and appreciative approach. I like that mindfulness aspect.

Congrats Amy! She's such a beauty and I adore her in the grey or pink colourway! I'm looking to purchasing it in one of those colours too. I do love their seasonal embroidered ones too. They're just a work of art. It's currently on my top 5 to buy list but, oh gosh that price jump is going to be hard to swallow. I might think of just waiting to see if I could take a trip to Europe and purchase it there instead. Large purchases just aren't on my radar for this year due to obvious reasons and I can't justify it. haha
