@@TonyM-zi9rq completely understand these bungalo single family homes start in low 400s for a new construction home located in Orlando is pretty reasonable for new construction. The single family homes go for 500k plus.
@@livingincentralfloridaoriginal A bubble burst of epic proportions is coming and prices are going to come down much further. Not to mention 10k a year for home owners ins is crazy.

Do you know any builders other than Lannar that have "nex gen" layouts in the area ?
