I preordered the Aiden, although I’m still skeptical on if it will deliver in the cup. It will replace my moccamaster and biggest value pitch is a slammin’ batchie for those mornings I can’t do a pourover. Instant brew temp surfing will be very interesting to play with especially when it comes to bloom temp. Do I need it? No. Do I want to try it, yes.

Power move. Also skeptical, but Fellow has a decent track record of making great products.
Just for the slammin' batch, it's totally worth it! Time will tell if it actually meets expectations.
