- We've all been there where we go to a cafe only to receive a beverage we did not like or wasn't brewed right. Although few things can be done at this point, is giving feedback the right thing to do? Would anything change if you did give feedback? As a barista, it may be uncomfortable to receive feedback, however, it's far from the end of the world.
In this episode, we talk through both giving feedback and how we should approach getting negative feedback.

Great convo! We take pride in what we do, but we can’t be offended about feedback. But doing good work on the front end like you guys mentioned, it helps a ton.
I had feedback about a coffee I roasted, it was a lighter fruit forward coffee, the customer said it hurt her stomach when she put it through her super auto espresso machine.
I mean I thought it was roasted and well developed.
But how it was brewed probably didn’t work for what it was.
It's definitely easier said than done, but holding all of that in balance goes a far way.
Yeah that's unfortunate, but it makes sense though considering her super auto espresso machine.
We had a similar situation with someone who owns one of those machines that is built right into the wall. They said the coffee always tasted sour assuming its our coffee.
Take what will help you, learn, and move on.
No stone fruit for like two episodes. 😂
The batch has been rough on the pod. We need to search for more stone fruit coffees
Laundry money in a cafe, would this be the next big trend 😂😂😂. Maybe 🤔🤔🤔
haha maybe!
