The 1st ribs & brisket. WOW that's allot of food! Making my mouth water for it. And I'm "not" big on smoked food!!! 2nd Is that beef roast or pork roast? Why cut off so much of that whatever you cut off? Wouldn't that be great flavorings after all cooked?? I'm thinking it's fat, grizzled yuckies??? OH MY them little chunks of meat ya bbqed, smashingly wonderful!!!! Those sandwiches all looking good!!! The ribs as well!!! Those pulled pork sandwiches, are OH MY!!!! Need more drippings thoe!!!! The pork skin crackings, can never get enough. Onion rings look marvelous, but "YUCK"! Pass on the fried greens! The rest in this segment ok, yet some seems not done, others are too burnt, looks like to me???? 3rd place. Your the first I've seen pull off the, what I was told, kinda like silver skin fat? Unless all the rest had it done already? Does everyone pretty much use the same dry rub special salty crystals?? Plus the same on the bbq made sauces?? Scrap the chopped onions & picked red things off that tray, & I'd say ok, yet not sure, some that meat just doesn't look cooked enough! But that's just me! I don't like my meat mooooooing blood! Why do places like this make you use plastic forks & spoons????? I'd bring my own silverware. I hate eating with plastic. But again that's just me!!!!! Outside cooking place, what the heck is that Chuck of meat with such a big bone outta it?? Kinda interesting to some of what things you do to the meat & how ya serve it. The foiled ribs look absolutely like the only meat cooked all the way and what I would try!!!! Oh I'd eat the pickles and you bbq sauce.
