Hey cloud ! The chords for the bridge and chorus are the same throughout ! Which are F, G, Am and C. In the video I'm playing the barre chord versions except C
For the riff it's a little tricky to describe ! But it's essentially the same repeating pattern with the bass note alternating between C and A !
