1) Circle rate se double rate ask krte hai saller and than expecting ki circle rate galat hai.
2) If you talking about middle class and white collar job. they don't have black money to pay in cash to it is good for middle class.
3) Gurgaon is not land lock city. Mumbai is land lock city. please increase your knowleage. Goverment can exptend gurgoan as they rxtended dwarka express way and till today 80% of dwarka expressway is empty.
