    1) Circle rate se double rate ask krte hai saller and than expecting ki circle rate galat hai.
    2) If you talking about middle class and white collar job. they don't have black money to pay in cash to it is good for middle class.
    3) Gurgaon is not land lock city. Mumbai is land lock city. please increase your knowleage. Goverment can exptend gurgoan as they rxtended dwarka express way and till today 80% of dwarka expressway is empty.

    Gurgaon real estate can never slow down- as demand of population influx is 10 times more than supply always- cities like hyderabad market is fully slowed and unsold inventory is 5 times more than gurgaon

    Circle rate badne se kisi ka koi bhi nuksaan nhi hai madam...thida reseytoh karke bolte....market rate is always higher than Circle rate in gurgaon

      Bhai, market abhi down chal rahi hai. Lekin, yeh toh chalta rehta hai. Real estate hamesha se hi upar tha aur daudega hi aage bhi. Slow down , up toh real estate ke hi pehlu hai.
