    My new favorite from you. Nice route and soundtrack, I dig these trance tunes. Atlanta metro seems much more sparsely populated than Houston or North Dallas, at least as it seems from this freeway. I understand the bulk of the sprawl occurs northward though. Great job!

      +InterstateJD I-20 isn't my favorite Atlanta freeway, but it wasn't a bad ride either; thanks for watching.

      Oh, I think I-85 is the best freeway in ATL, particularly north of town. This is just what I think is your best video so far. :)

    Despite the moderate traffic on that route, I-20 looks like one of those main, yet less traveled, freeways due to it being barely more than 6 lanes outside of the perimeter. Definitely enjoyed the ride!

      +Schwenda Productions When this was filmed August 29, 2014 the volume of traffic was on the east bound side of I-20 leaving Atlanta. Fortunately for me I was running west which had about half the volume. Thanks for watching.

    I really like the vibe you got in this one. The unintentional lens flares actually work well and look stylistic.

      +mcpish Yeah lens flare has been my biggest gremlin in making these videos. My intention was to film this a couple of hours earlier than filmed but I was delayed getting on the road (it never fails). I recently added a lens hood to my camcorder to combat the dreaded lens flare in the future. Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching.

    I was in Atlanta August 13-17 of this year and traffic is horrible....And for some odd reason, I loved the traffic in Atlanta.

      +TJBellamy99 Hitting traffic all boils down to the luck of the draw. Hope you had a good time in the Big A...thanks for watching

      TJBellamy99 I was born and raised in Atlanta,GA and yes,to me that was the worst part to me about living in Atlanta was indeed the traffic. Trying to dodge the rush hours,especially 285 was the worst,not to mention I-75. I was born at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta,GA in 1975. My dad was born and raised in Atlanta,GA too!!

    How did you do the map animation?

    • @socarboy
      @socarboy  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Jorge Takeshita It's called panning of an overlayed object. Most any movie editor including Sony Movie Studio layers the channels of the timeline. This tutorial I did last year will answer your questions. Thanks for watching.
