    Used Power Director for years but didn't know about the control lasso feature to group clips. Thanks as always.

      Actually the lasso works just as well without the control key. Just hold down the mouse and drag over the clips you want. 😎

    I use a shortcut key (G) for grouping/ungrouping the objects in PD though defining a (G) key from Preferences/Customize Keyboard Hotkeys/Workspace : Grouping/Ungrouping Objects.

    Can you also group multiple clips together so that you can speed them all up at the same time ? Like 5 clips of random length that you want to all fit in a 1 minute span

    I use the grouping on my intro and outro (separate groups). That way, during frantic editing, nothing gets knocked out of place. 😎

    • @PDU_Tutorials
      @PDU_Tutorials  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. That's a great tool to keep things in order. Just finished a tips for keeping the timeline in order tutorial. Most of the tips are previous videos I made separately but I felt it might be useful to have them all in one video. Keep an eye out for it Tito Tim. TTYL

    Aaaw i usually use power Director on my Samsung android phone. Can i also group objects on the phone app?
    And if so? How do i do that?

    • @PDU_Tutorials
      @PDU_Tutorials  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you would like info and/or have questions on the mobile app please go to my other channel th-cam.com/users/pdumobile and comment on one of the videos on that channel. That way others who use the app can benefit from your question and my response.
      Right now, there is no way to group clips on the mobile app.

    dear maestro
    which tool in PD is best to use to remove some blips from audio track and slide video track to stay in sync I have 365 suite. I am cleaning audio but video stays same length out of sync.

    • @PDU_Tutorials
      @PDU_Tutorials  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Don't cut parts of the audio out. Use volume keyframes to mute the volume where the blips occur and the video will stay in sync
