Kiwi is the real deal. I bought their battery strap last week and it was missing the clip part for the cable. I wasn’t bothered by it but i mentioned it on my amazon review and they reached out and gave me a 10% refund on it (Almost forgot I bought it on sale on prime day and they gave me the standard price 10%. Awesome company)
I enjoy my Kiwi products. I have the face plate and the battery strap and both perform in an elevated fashion. I would not hesitate to purchase them again.

Have you tried this Kiwi facial interface with the S3 Pro headstrap? I tried the AMVR one, but returned it because it doesn't fit well with the S3 Pro due the its height, and also blocks all the airflow from the fan. At a glance, this one looks like it would fair better as a complement to the S3

I have a Kiwi Elite strap for my Quest 2 and a Bobo S3 Pro for my Quest 3. I love both but I'd personally give the slight edge to the BoBo as I like that I can adjust the BoBo to not put so much pressure on my face and that 10000Mah battery easily doubles the battery life.
What facial interface would you recommend other than the custom one? Ive got my bobovr s3 and I saw your amvr review you said you had to file it down which I don’t want to do, just looking for the best thing for a reasonable price that fits and does the job
Does the kiwi facial interface padding block the sensor if pressed too hard on the face? Seems to occur with most "tank rolling cushions" mentioned that are soft and get pressed down instead of evenly when against the face.
Is there anyway to completely avoid marks on the face? I’m a dermatologist and it looks a little silly when patients come in and I have marks lol. Sometime they stay on my face for a day or More. I have a BOBOVR S3 with globular cluster face interface. If you suggest any alternatives then let me know.
Thank you for the review. I was wondering what the differance was als was also interested in the new facial interface. I use a converted comfort strap from Kiwi for my Quest 3, so it is the Quest 2 strap with a conversion kit. It was in the box for a long time and has been on the Quest for a couple of months now and it is yellowing slightly on the not replaced part. I also have a 10.000 mAh Kiwi battery trapped onto it that has two USB ports (one A and one C) so also for an accessory. I have attached my VR Ears and found out the adapters for the Quest 1 perfectly fit the Kiwi headstrap, but you need so swap the left with the right adapters to fit the curve. They now turn a bit to the inside on the bottom which could be prevented bij also switching top with bottom on the adapters, but now they are a bit closer to my ears so I like it that way. I would prefer a battery strap but that is 6400 mAh, so less than what I have now. It inclused a cable clip for two cables so that is nice. For now I am fine with it. Thinking about replacing the AMVR facial interface with the Kiwi one, but not sure yet.
The big issue with the kiwi battery strap is as mentioned, u cant lean your had against chair anymore because its too chunky… need a neck pillow to lean back. So not good for movie watchers at all. Also when I plug the battery to Quest 3 theres interference noise for few minutes (buzzing) is that normal with battery straps ?

They sent me these as well. I’m digging the v3 more than I thought I would although the nose light bleed thing is a little touchy feely during use.
I thought The strap without the battery is for lying in bed plus with a long cord and the cable retaining block on the strap you can go forever!
