I'm looking to get a darker Chelsea Thursday Boot for casual outfits and I'm torn between the Matte Black Legend's and the Shadow Grey Cavalier. Which would you recommend?

Just got the bourbon color. I wish it also had the storm welt as it helps more with water resistant but I'm still super excited for the my first legend. I have 3 scouts, 4 captains, and now the legend. Next one is def the diplomat and then the logger, followed by the explorer and casa moto.

So the Falcon may be slightly better for wet weather integrity if it’s a true storm welt and if one uses a waterproof spray on the upper. The other 2 will do just as fine in snow and rain but slightly less puddle integrity over time. But who’s purposely going through puddles in these?

Thanks for the video, Michael. Do you find the Legends to be too warm for SoCal summers? I am leaning more towards the Legends than the Dukes, but I really wish they came in Dark Green Olive the way the Dukes do. Cheers.

Thursday also has a great exchange policy that if it doesnt fit they can exchange the size for you! hope this helped you, and let them know my video helped you make a decision. Thank you for the video comparison. In your future videos I would recommend doing a little more research on certain terminology that you aren't familiar so the audience doesn't have to on their own. For example, with a simple Google search, a storm welt is better than good year welt regarding to water/moisture resistant.

@@MichaelHsu95 No, they are the same 'style' But the storm welt changes the silhouette of the Falcon. Look closer. th-cam.com/video/iDjS81JiHMQ/w-d-xo.html The Bourbon has a more well balanced toe line on the side view. I have a hard time subbing to someone who fails to see my point the first time
Do some research man or look at the boots to find more components for example the back of the heal on the falcon sticks out more than the other 2 which are straighter Like did you really make a video saying they’re the same boot only real difference being the color 🙄 the website is literally that U let me down Again
I’ve confirmed with Thursday about this and the heel are the same.. the one difference besides color is the welts. The Falcon has the storm welts and the others have good year welts (which he did cover) in the video 6:43 .. he also talks about the finishes. You didn’t have to be rude. Maybe you should have done your “research.”
