You should get grapefruit spoons! They have slightly serrated edges, so you can cut into the grapefruit, but the rest is a spoon to drink the juice. It is a genius invention!

With my first pregnancy I could just sleep the sick off because it hit in the evening/late at night,but this time around is a whole different experience lol. I’m sick all day long from about noon until sometimes as late as 11pm 😂 I will definitely try the combination because I miss food so much!

Just letting you know a venti iced caramel macchiato has 225mg of caffeine. Its above the 200mg allotment. I had to give that drink up during both my pregnancies.

The point of a macchiato is to have the espresso on top! Get an iced caramel latte!! It is the same exact thing as what you order and the espresso will be stirred bc it’s a latte!
Since you love caramel so much you should get your caramel macchiato cali style. And like everyone else said just get it as a vanilla latte with caramel drizzle, it's the same but mixed. I think the one difference though is that a vanilla latte has 4 pumps of vanilla whereas the caramel macchiato has 3 pumps.

It really depends on the woman that is pregnant and her pregnancy. Some have to drink very little to no caffeine, and some can drink a little more.
Half caff is also a thing, so you can cut in half the amount of caffeine 😊
