If your Ambulance is a 7.3 Diesel, your leak is likely the Turbocharger Pedestal O Rings and or the Oil Cooler Seals, I daily an 02 F250 7.3, know most of their quirks.
@@RacerRed Neither are exactly fun, but aren't to terrible, the turbo pedestal is the more involved, its at the back of the engine valley, and a lot has to come out of the way to get access to it.

Not much worse than a front wheel bearing noise getting louder and louder as you hope it doesn’t seize...
