before do this, remember to
1. delegate a staff for "negotiating" and "finalizing" transfer for 1st team
- if you dont this, the game will bugged
2. make offer with same value of the Minimum Release Clause
3. voilaa

"the game will bugged" you mean that simply you cant continue to offer the contract or that the save will corrupted?

Exactly the same for me, it doesn't work at all and I get the offer for 100M (release clause) accepted
! This was probably patched before... Can you confirm with which DB and what FM version and patch have you started that save?

It worked for me in an FM23 (toF24) save. There, the players agreed to the contract. But here, The only thing that stopped it from working is the player not agreeing to the terms.

At the 2:13 you need to delegate to someone to make the contract offer do make this work at the bottom right of the screen “responsibilities”. This only work for 350M Euros clauses so forget about Real Madrid and Barcelona players

I just clicked empty bar there and the contract was offered and signed. 🤔
It wasn’t my intention to keep the player, I would’ve gone on to do the contract too, sorry about that.

Funny enough, I did this on the oldest game file possible. (an FM23 save transferred to FM24).

It works. You need to delegate contract talks since it's a glitch. You could not handle by your own. When you delegate, in some cases your delegated staff may become unsuccesfull. In order to prevent this, before you start whole this process, you should get contact with players agent and make a small talk on players availability at very beginning. I think your delegated staff handles negotiation based on your intent to sign. I did not find any time to confirm it yet but I think if you declare yourself very interested during your discussion with players agent then your delegated staff can be more open for wage increase or other demans of player's during his/her negotiation progress. And the limits that decided by him/her can be decreasing if you lower your intention during this talks.
