- After getting your baggage, you will go through the airport Customs on the way out.
You need mobile data for booking your grab ride. Tourist SIM counters are available at the arrival hall, such as dtac and AIS.
You are now at the Arrival Hall at Level 2.

- Open the Grab app
- Select 'Car'
- Enter 'Where To'
- Choose "Pick up Location"
- Select "Arrival Exit [number]" depending on where you are
- Tap "Choose This Pick-Up"
- Check you have chosen the right Pick-Up and Where-To Locations
- Pick your ride: depending on how many pax, number of luggage
- Tap "Book GrabCar"

i find grab is more expensive then a metered taxi from the aiport especially
510 baht to mbk grab app
390 baht hailing taxi
Used the metered taxis in Jan. They used a straight fare of 700 baht to take me to Khao San road with the meter no working. Same with prepaid taxis. Have previous been charged 350 baht on the meter for the same journey. Definitely go grab.
Which floor do I wait? Not the floor for metered taxi, right?
It's on the arrival floor, as soon as you exit, head to the Exit number you selected as your Pickup location.
