So apparently this is the gig where a girls band from Portland opened and was treated like shit by the audience and ended up leaving the stage crying. Which is the reason Nirvana trolled them with the Teen Spirit intro and mostly played obscure stuff. Great gig in the end

yes and this was during the time when Frances was being taken away from them after the Vanity Fair magazine article with all the lies and hate on them. They were having to submit UA tests in order to get her back - so anything about being loaded or overdosing is pure bullshit and lies. "...woke up in my Mother's aaaaaarrrms....grama take me home, I wanna be alone"....:(
This was apparently also why Teen Spirit never actually got played.
I think it's more likely that Kurt was just on drugs again.

Medio concierto Ctm, tocaron temas que no se conocían mucho en ese entonces, como una manifestación de la banda ya que el público se comportó grosero con la banda telonera que acompañó a Nirvana, por eso siempre tocaban en falso Smells like teen spirit (canción más conocida en ese entonces de Nirvana) de todos modos, una joya, saludos desde Chile!

A heater of a show imo. Old school vibes. And I love the lyrical mishaps.It Is part of the stuff that makes those random famous shows especially memorable for the people that are there and the rare moments for all of the fans to be able to catch and enjoy while we’re all creating the deepening catalog of circulating shows etc. especially since 2020 COVID I feel like we all have been drawn back in together and re hooked with the resurgence of this band with the collective spirit and through the random TH-cam explosion of shows and videos. Grateful!
Nirvana Heads back together and grown up. It’s satisfying to be honest and not without some humor in growing older together and life circles around the tribe.
Kurt hated this crowd for the way they received the girls band L7. Thats why he didnt say a word the entire show and also refused to play Smells like teen spirit. He just played the intro twice to piss them off. lol

Kurt and the band did not want to give a good concert since the audience was violent and sexist with their opening act, a band of women called the "Calamity Jane". Kurt has always been known to hate machismo and that's why he "chasised" them with this concert

Estuve en ese concierto cuando tenia 16, no me alcanzaba la plata para ir a otro lugar que la tribuna. Yo era fanatica a muerte de Nirvana y no le falte el respeto a la banda telonera y me merecia un concierto con Smells like teen... no el amague que hicieron. x un grupo de groseros, nos arruinaron el show a todos, me parecio una falta de respeto a gente como yo q gaste todos mis ahorros para verlos, me banque avalanchas de gente y la famosa 'ola' golpes, etc, y no tocaron el tema principal. Igual, disfrute el concierto porque la banda es increible.

Man, that blue Fender Mustang really sounded like shit. The modified Univox and Japanese Strat put it to shame. The Mustang sure looked pretty though.

I don't agree with this. If the whole audience mistreated the previous (female) band then they should have cancelled the gig. But it seems only the front rows "barras bravas" were behaving as a55h0les and the WHOLE crowd paid for that incident, including the ticket price. I'm sorry but this is boring as hell.
