    thank you, my hollow under eyes is one of my biggest insecurities but i dont want to get any cosmetic work done 🙏

    thanks so much ! mine is defo from weak eye muscles. When i did this exercise seezing he eyes hard my whole under eyelid went straight for a few seconds then back to normal. How long will it take to strengthen this muscle? i was doing something kinda similar to the second exercise where i would hold the skin by the crows feet back on both side and then look up.

      Hello :) oh it all depends on your own face, muscles and skin! xxx You may feel they look a little tired to begin as they build strength but they just get stronger!       No not a silly question at all x So all you are doing is closing the eyes a little tighter and you can feel the activation of the lower hollowing. :)

      As you close them focus on the lower under eye as you close a little tighter and activate a lift. Its all about finding these muscles and working them, can take a little while to isolate and work muscle x
