I wanna see jazza try to bake and decorate a cake or just decorate to see how well he works with buttercream/frosting
oh yes, that would be fun. But I'd be a bit mad if he was able to Bob Ross it somehow. Well, maybe not I've done a whole mountain scene with a clear blue stream running off the edge of the cake.
Probably like the one from Sleeping Beauty lol
Yes! I used to watch these Food Network cake competitions where they’d make these extreme cakes, often with icing figurines and cake/rice Krispy treat sculptures. I would love to see Jazza do something like that...maybe for his wife’s or maybe one of the kids birthdays so it doesn’t go to waste...and you get to eat cake so...? 😅 Would be interesting to see if he’d enjoy it or not...
@@secretninja247 The fun part is really decorating. sometimes I didn't feel like baking so I'd order a cake with all white frosting, get it home and scrape off the roses or whatever. Then put blobs of frosting into bowls and tint it the color I needed and completely do something else. Like make a race track, or a construction site, or a Rock Climbing wall or whatever.
Maybe he could do one shaped like Australia, or a kangaroo, or the Sydney opera house?
Can you tell us what it is called / where it is from for the perspex round please. Love it.
Your resin planet turned out so cool! Hope you do more resin projects because it would be so cool to see you combine it with all the art skills you have 😄

Jazza: says he can’t do abstract art
Jazza now: RESIN PAINT
Technically it isn't abstract
that’s what i was thinking!
It's more modern rather than abstract

@@lautimartinez6341 everything made this decade can be consider modern, it is abstractism
Ok ok but idea: Creating a full art piece OVER an acrylic pour! So doing the pour, letting it try then using paint or like paint markers to draw over it. It would be pretty interesting to see how he'd make a background with the random paint placement.
You should check out the Create With Mii community, or artist Veronika Mii. She has a TH-cam channel where she does that
Yessss!!
I love how Jazza is just being himself and not over-exaggerating ❤️

I love how he went from making things I wasn't impressed with to making something so stunning it took my breath away. Watching someone's learning curve and seeing what they make as they learn is always so satisfying.
Also love how he's less manic in his exuberance. This is the Jazza I love, who isn't pushing himself to exhaustion to seem like he's having fun. He's just... legitimately having fun.
Hasnt he always been like that? I think jazza has always just been curious and exited
I have taught acrylic pouring for over 2 years and it was lovely to see an experienced artist making all the noob mistakes my beginners make... i mean this in the best possible way. We never stop learning, and we never stop making mistakes :)
What are the noob mistakes?

You could make more planets using different art mediums to make a universe, that would be sick

I'm an acrylic pourer, and it makes me so happy watching you try this type of art. Some people dont regard it as art, but until you try it you dont realise how challenging it is
I like this Jazza, he’s going in a really good direction. Didn’t hate him when he was more energetic and obnoxious but I prefer these kinda chill vids
Yeah
yeah i think the same, i actually wrote a comment about this. i feel hes really being himself
Yeah same, his authenticity is why I subscribe to him.
Less obnoxious but still consistent
I didn't hate the more excited vids, but I also found myself not watching them.
I'm happy he's enjoying himself - I enjoy that!
Jazza should make his own universe out of resin planets for his characters to live on

i’m not 100% sure how jazza is changing, but i love who hes becoming! hes on the right track :)
@Wang Elaina In Jazza'a last video (or a few ones back) he talked about how he's making changes to his channel
Jazza, the more paint u pour on the canvas, and deeper it is; the more is going to flow off the sides when you are done. theres only so much it can hold on a flat surface, all excess will run off.. maybe less paint is better to keep it closer to the way you want it... i'm just wanting to help :) p.s. you are awesome!
Turn the planet into a clock. You could buy the mechanism, install it, and then mount the clock in your office. Or you could make a bunch of smaller plates and set up a 2D solar system hung by fishing wire.
Oh my goddddd
Yes
I would buy that.
Love this idea
Great idea, but why not make the minute and hours light up with LEDs? Makes it so the entire center is clear and different spots will light up througout the day!
Yes!!
That's a great idea!
Final glass planet is a table top, serving platter, or window wall hanging. Get some stuff to make that happen.
Imagine Jazza dabbling with creating church window glass.
It would also be cool to overlay other dawings with cellophane paper or something to make aliens, stars, moons...
Seeing the last piece got me thinking: maybe you could make a whole solar system, and display them together on one wall? Maybe paint stuff like space dust and asteroids (an asteroid belt?) onto the wall directly, have stars be light fixtures, things like that.
I literally just posted a similar response! maybe I should read other comments before excited about mine. Lol
@661sInfamous Yeah, a lot of people came up with the solar system idea. But it's good that so many people commented it. He's more likely to see one of those comments and make it a reality!
adding strip LED's to the outer rims would also be a cool nightlight :D
Never seen such a hectic pour with resin 🤣🤣 love to see you do some artwork over a dried acrylic pour, love you jazza 😆😆
Hey Jazza, remember to wear a respirator when using resin, that thing is literally hazardous.
Was about to say that. I watch many dice makers and I actually flinched when I saw how little precautions he took
considering how many many times i've seen jazza go without a respirator while doing crafts that absolutely require respirator usage, it's already too late and he's gonna get lung cancer in a few years. if the mouth cancer from licking his brushes doesn't get him first. :(
Mean some resins are ok without respirators, so depends on what he is using
Does it really matter with the amount of crap he has breathed in, in a few years he will have a dearth Vader respirator
He is probably using the expensive non toxic resin.
Ideas
- mount the planet onto a round mirror so it gets a trippy effect as wall art
-mount the planet on some sort of backlighting so it's a light. Could be a glow in the dark option
- turn the planet into a side table. Maybe make it be like the foldable kind
- sell it as is cuz its gorgeous
- make moons with the coaster mold to orbit your planet and display it somewhere
Oooh, how about a mirror with a ring of lights around it and then the planet in front. Would that be one of those infinity mirrors?
I was thinking a wall art, a clock or a trippy lazy Susan 😅 haha, but I like your ideas aswell, hadn’t considered a mirror, light or table 😊
I love the idea of having moons orbit the planet!
Uuuuhh.....lets go with that
He could make moon coasters and put them on top of it as a side table!

Hey Jazza, for your future resin Projects: Do NOT mix too much resin in one container! If you increase the volume, you increase the reaction heat. I've seen these catch fire.
Akkaren good to know 😬
Dude, it was nerve wrecking to see him mixing a huuuge bucket of it. I was expecting the moment that shit would start to melt
Ok that's terrifying....
Your pfp says it all
Also depending on the resin you are mixing it is also better to mix in a well-ventialted area or at least wear a mask. Some of the fumes from the different chemicals can be harmful.
The last piece kinda looks like Jupiter, but even cooler
It’s beautiful, I’d say he should make a coffee table out of it.

Yeah
Jazza, you should have a respirator and gloves on when handling resin. Resin and resin fumes are supper toxic before the resin cures. The projects look awesome just want to make sure you're safe when working with resin in the future.
He seems much more genuine and like a passionate artist than an “art personality youtuber” I love this style of video but also enjoyed the fun ones! Glad to see where he goes and what his content will become :)
REMINDER: when working with resins, please have safety precautions and proper ventilation. The fumes they emit are small but will affect the body nonetheless 😚
These are for those who want to try this at home, im sure jazza has prepared properly so u should too
I mean, he isn't wearing a ventilator when mixing resins so obviously he hasn't prepared all that well...
Spiteful resin is more harmful when in contact with skin (he is wearing gloves which is great). The fumes can be controlled with proper ventilation in the area. If you watched his studio tour, yes he has proper ventilation.
When doing resins at home without proper ventilation, yes it is important to wear simple masks and open the windows 😊
Stay safe~
@@sugarqueen3994 Heh, I was admittedly coming back to delete that comment cause I regretted being so negative, and I haven't seen his studio tour, so you're right! I've been holding off till I find the safest way to do it, so much info out there has scared me straight :p

Your kids' school projects are gonna be legendary.
Just as a person who does resin as a hobby, I’m sure this video has gotten a lot of people interested in resin but know that it is a chemical that has a lot of fumes. I’m not sure jazza’s studio is ventilated enough to work with resin in there. A preferred area would be a open garage or porch and maybe wearing a respirator. This may seem overkill but with prolonged exposure, resin can really mess with your lungs. I was hoping he would point out safety as he is an influencer who others will copy, saying he’s just wearing gloves, that is enough.
Yep, my lecturer made sure to hammer that into my head and even spent 10 minutes going through various horror stories about those who didn't wear a mask.
Hey I'm about to try resin for the first time tomorrow! Any tips? Is it important to have a respirator if you're working outside? I'm going to be outside doing it and I'm gathering the materials tomorrow.
Thanks for the heads up 👍
Yes I was thinking this! I’ve always been super interested by surfboard shaping etc and there’s so many resin horror stories. It’s a serious and dangerous chemical!

Oh no jazza, where is your respirator mask when mixing reactive chemicals
It is advised to use a mask when mixing resin, but art resin is safe without a mask if you are in a well ventilated room
I watched this video where this one lady ruined her lungs breathing in resin all the time to make resin cups. I didn't know if her lungs were just extra sensitive or she wasn't using the art resin or unless you're outside you're always supposed to use a ventilator???
Audra T if you are repeatedly using resin like it sounds she was, she should have worn a mask as a precaution as well as keeping the air ventilated. As a one of use and using the right resin, art resin rather then certain resins which aren’t safe for breathing in, it is safe without a mask but it is a good precautionary to wear one. I guess Jazza wasn’t wanting to wear a mask whilst talking as it would have muffled his words.
Audra T the most dangerous thing about using resin is if you sand it after it cures and the fine dust gets breathed in. No matter what resin you use you have to wear a mask to sand it or neaten it at all. If she was sanding them that could of been to her detriment
Its okay, he already crazy jk jk

This is cool, I love the “planet”. Resin and alcohol inks are fantastic if you make the “patri dish” effect. You drip drops of alcohol ink in clear resin, and one drop of white ink on top of the coloured drop. And you leave it till it’s cured. Then when you turn it over, the resin has cured around the ink, so it looks like those mouldy patri dishes. It’s just amazing. Give it a try with your leftovers, you will love it ❤️

Planet would be a gorgeous end table or an amazing ‘stained glass’ centerpiece or sun catcher. Edge it in silver or gold-actual gilding or paint, either would be beautiful.
Tip on UV/glow in resin: it takes a fair bit to get a good glow, and the less colorant other than glow stuff, the better the glow. In general, it takes very little ink to get good color. You’ll be surprised at how few drops 💧 you need to get rich colors.
The large planet thing would look great as a wall clock, maybe with a backlight of sorts.
A few years ago did something similar to the blue, white and orange one, where he did dots and tilted the canvas, but I didn’t use acrylic/resin
I used metallic paint, and elmers glue (and a little water if it needed to be thinner), mixed that together, and did the piles of dots and tilted as he did
It was a very easy artwork to do, and would be easy for kids too
But you need elmers glue, I tried with ordinary PVA and it didn’t work as well
I used 4 colours, black, white, and then metallic gold and metallic silver
And it turned out like Jazza’s one after his first layer (I only did the one layer so)
Would recommend!
You should pour on a round disc sitting on a very slowly rotating turntable.
