Most of them are illegal in mma because its illegal to grab the oponents shorts, but ive used them on streetfights and they are do easy to learn that without a coach, i can use them Against heavier oponents... So, i was wondering WHY are they illegal in mma? They are practical, easy, powerfull, do not harm. Nearly as much as a bodyslam... Wjats the point?
