Thank you mister sparty man. Trials were the absolute best way for me to earn quick requisition. Load into operations, quit out the matchmaker. Go to the armory hall and spend about 30 minutes getting at least silver on all your trials. Easy 300+ requisition
Yeah the servers come. Down to day and I'm. Hoping there's some pre launch stability load out, but the reception has been massive and it's not even launch. All games have this shit at launch unfortunately
I switched off crossplay. It def helped. But only getting stuck in an alternate version of the base where nothing is intractable and you can’t do anything other than walking.
I love that you can tell a lot about how much a player interacts with the setting based on the little armor touches. Yellow markings on Blood Angels assaults... Red and black to stand them out as Sword Brethren. You see those minor details and are like "This person definitely 40ks".

for a really fast leveling and unlocking, take the second mission in operations. you can speed run this mission really fast, just run and dodge your way the whole way through, you dont have to really fight anything. expect the boss
I have noticed that the second mission is the easiest/fastest of the bunch. The difficulty and time invested is definitely not equal across the missions.
. New to the game and the first two missions were moderately challenging. Loaded up the third mission on the lowest difficulty, and nothing about it was remotely balanced or fun.
@@HArryvajonas the missions with the thousand sons have to be rebalanced, everyone says that. chaos marines missions are a nightmare since they dont compare to the tyrandis missions

I've spent the same amount of time watching your vids as purgeing the heritic 😂 just started getting into operations after the campaign. It took me 10 hours with breaks and honestly basking in the beauty of the carnage
They really dont explain this stuff anywhere in game, the same with Darktide and now that game is getting a huge weapons upgrades change that'll make it incomprehensible again. Thanjs for thus explanation, it helps a lot 😊
I havent been this hooked on a game since Cyberpunk and its expansion in January or February. Just finished campaign yesterday and started grinding some coop.
the system is a bit convoluted but your guide will be helpful tomorrow :D I wish they used 2 different currencies for cosmetic unlocks, and upgrade unlocks, to give freedom to customize looks without hampering power progression.
Yes its convoluted, but I think it's a stroke of genius to do it this way, it means if you want to unlock a colour or something you have to access some information about the relevance of that colour within the 40k universe, nice little touch. I have to give massive praise to the devs for really going for it on the customisation side. They've utterly smashed it.
Go to the armory then click the "versions" tab for that weapon. Hover over each version and it will show Mastery 0/1800 etc. This is the progress for each version. As you max out each version, you will get a mastery point. For thunder hammer, it has 1 standard version = 1 mastery point 3 master crafted versions = 3 mastery points 4 artificer = 4 mastery points 3 relic = 3 mastery points Thunder hammer has 11 possible mastery points If you dont want to use a version and max it out in games, hover over it and left click (PC). You will use up an Armory Upgrade point (green, purple, gold) to max it out immediately and not have to level it up in games. For example, I would dread having to use block weapons for a perfect parry Assault build. I will max that one immediately. So, it pays to collect multiple armory upgrade points. In summary, to get all perk points you have to unlock master crafted, artificer and relic weapons by using that weapon in games then using armory upgrade points for the unlocks. Then you have to max out each version of that weapon. You can skip having to max out each version by hovering over that version then spending an armory point to do that
Another note about weapon perks, they do not affect other weapons, for example, the bolt pistol perk where if you gun strike it reloads the equipped weapon. It only reloads your pistol, tried it for the melta and nothing happened but it worked perfectly for the pistol

Be wary that some of them are glitched. The third bulwark one will not finish all the way through for me no matter how many times I finish it with all 3 goals being finished
I tried to use the instigator rifle on Vanguard just to try it out, but at the end of the mission i got no experience for it. I took it into another one and the same thing. I'm still sitting at 0 for it. Very frustrating. Very helpful guide
also change weapons as much as possible as the XP is not shared, each weapon will get the same amont at the end of the mission , its allows to level up more weapons per game
This is unfortunately untrue. You only get experience for the portions of the mission your weapon was in. So if you swap to a weapon at the very end, you only get like 10 experience
I've bought both of the artificer power swords that I don't want to use but I didn't get the mastery point like you said! So now I've spend a bunch of coins and I'm still stuck with not being able to buy the 3rd perk for the master crafted even though I'm using an artificer version which is maxed out ..

Does no one play Tier 3? I press quick play and i get one person maybe after 20 minutes on the barge. Im stuck in hell over here cause i cant complete a substantial mission by myself amd need a squad. Cant upgrade anymore without purple data
Could you post a guide showing "good" ways to play the class, as in visual of combat loop I feel like I'm playing them wrong, the little trials weren't enough, I especially feel substantial is rough and Ruthless...I had to speed run skipping all the armory data and stuff, I feel like I'm faking it level 25, it is not working, lol
Parry weapons helped me since it pushes back and staggers the horde, also a sprint/dodge then attack will open you up to a gun strike to recover armor. Tbh tho it’s hard af, I think bulwark or vanguard is a huge help with their ability to heal red health
So, if we use a green data thing to master a weapon, do we get the xp for the weapon? Or does that now limit us to having to use the next tier data to get to say purple tier
Multiple question (question 1 answer will answer question 2 and 3, If the former part of question 1 is "YES") 1) is the weapon data shared by teammates when completing mission or is it when you pick it up only you get it 2) Like if you pick a weapon data and killed a miniboss you get 2 and also your teammates or is it you get 2 and they get 1 from the miniboss only? 3) Does killing the Miniboss reward all members a data weapon or is it the player who lands the finishing blow (I hope its the former as it would be quite toxic ifs it the latter)
i noticed the armor countdown in the first 30 minutes bit it took 2 days to get what was happening. i like this game im not a fan of the relic system and also didn't know you max at 25?
One thing I haven't been able to figure out yet, for the armor unlocks, are the victories with any class or just that one class and each class's pieces are separate? It reads as it's across the board but it seems like I only get pieces for the current one I'm playing.
Question. I like maining the Bulwark, if I solely play as Bulwark, can I unlock armor sets for the other classes? Or do I have to play as a specific class to unlock their armor sets?

I assumed id unlock some armour finishing the campaign but nothing and now im confused why the campaign has empty spots for alt armour yet nothing
Question, are you limited by the amount of mastery points for weapons? Like for my heavy bolter, I can only get 11 mastery points from mastering all 11 weapons. So do I only get 11 points in total or can you earn them some other way?

The fastest way to get req points for me was to simply PvP, spend your first week or few days using what class you want to unlock cosmetics for and try and get into lobbies with level 20’s and you can unlock all cosmetics for the class you want in few hours then when you’re done with the classes you want cosmetics for start doing the ops and you’ll already have all cosmetics unlocks and over 1k req points to spend on nothing but upgrades for you guy
I didn’t find out about purchasing more mastery points with each weapon stat unlocked until I was already lvl 25 tactical smh I was like how the hell do I get any relic perks lol
When I unlocked green tier, do I have to unlock another variant to get enough xp to purple? My green tier power sword is maxed out and does not seem to gain xp on it anymore.
The mastery experience reaches a cap (so you can unlock the mastery) there is general experience in the middle left. It takes time to hit the next progression, long after you have mastered that tier.
The one thing I wish some content creator covered (preferably before the release) is that the DLC cosmetics actually require you to spend requisition points to unlock them. This was SOO disappointing to me. I spent 40 bucks for cosmetics and I can't have them because I don't have the req points for it. This was in no way stated clearly anywhere on the steam page and I wish some content creators would have mentioned it because then I wouldn't have bought the ultimate edition, and same for a few of my friends. The sad thing is that now none of us trust saber enough to actually ever buy a cosmetic DLC again (which I think is bad because it means they will make less money which means less future content for us probably).
Would love to level up, but I’ve been able to complete one Operation without getting disconnected (on PC, not PS5). Playing the campaign only progresses story, not unlocks. So if you can’t stay connected there isn’t much reason to play. Hoping they patch it soon.
I only received 4 mastery points for my power sword and 4 for my plasma pistol but it's maxed out now and can't continue the skill tree for them I don't get it
The game is amazing however I do worry for its longevity, they need to get a steady stream of missions and enemy types rolling out otherwise the larger portion of players will drop off.
I’ve achieved more than 15 victories in combined operation missions and multiplayer but it still doesn’t unlock the armor that says that I need 2 or 7. Is this just a glitch in my game ?

I've been playing games like this for... well, since games like this have been a thing, and this might be the most convoluted, unintuitive system I've ever seen. Super helpful especially the weapon mastery unlocks. I had a stack of greens sitting therevthat ibwas like what do i do with them all.

They are shared no matter what you do. If one member of the team got it, all got it

It's a weird bug that sometimes just doesn't display!

The mastery experience reaches a cap (so you can unlock the mastery) there is general experience in the middle left.
It takes time to hit the next progression, long after you have mastered that tier.
Wish this was in campaign
The one thing I wish some content creator covered (preferably before the release) is that the DLC cosmetics actually require you to spend requisition points to unlock them. This was SOO disappointing to me. I spent 40 bucks for cosmetics and I can't have them because I don't have the req points for it. This was in no way stated clearly anywhere on the steam page and I wish some content creators would have mentioned it because then I wouldn't have bought the ultimate edition, and same for a few of my friends. The sad thing is that now none of us trust saber enough to actually ever buy a cosmetic DLC again (which I think is bad because it means they will make less money which means less future content for us probably).
I hate when games do this.
It’s okay bro, just playing the game for a bit gets you enough requisition points to start unlocking it. It’s a small inconvenience
I'm confused can someone help me with the weapons perk tree? I only get enough to unlock the green ones? Can't get purple or gold so I'm lost?
Would love to level up, but I’ve been able to complete one Operation without getting disconnected (on PC, not PS5). Playing the campaign only progresses story, not unlocks. So if you can’t stay connected there isn’t much reason to play. Hoping they patch it soon.

Mine still says the same when I win a victory? It doesn’t do the countdown
How come when I hovered over the heraldy for that deathwatch armor piece it was an arm instead of a shield for me
There are shoulders, greaves and arms for deathwatch
How do you get more mastery points both my weapons are gold and maxed out but I'm not gaining anymore mastery points to continue the skill tree
I only received 4 mastery points for my power sword and 4 for my plasma pistol but it's maxed out now and can't continue the skill tree for them I don't get it
You need to unlock and use weapon data on the other weapons!

I want to know why I keep getting weapon data on the reward screen, then I go to the terminal and I can't find it anywahere.
There's a cap of 20 per weapon data! so if you have 20 greens and try to get another one, you just lose it!
Im not sure if there is a bug, but i did 5 operations, and the one armor pice the need. 3 did not unlock
I’ve maxed out each weapon choice for the multi melts and it says I’m 500 xp low what am I doing wrong
season pass is needed?
The game is amazing however I do worry for its longevity, they need to get a steady stream of missions and enemy types rolling out otherwise the larger portion of players will drop off.
Does anyone know how to put mastery points on a gun from other sources? Multi melta has 8 points… but the tree is for 10?

I’ve achieved more than 15 victories in combined operation missions and multiplayer but it still doesn’t unlock the armor that says that I need 2 or 7. Is this just a glitch in my game ?

I won about 5 mutiplayer games, and it still says 7 games need to be won and the same with operation

I've been playing games like this for... well, since games like this have been a thing, and this might be the most convoluted, unintuitive system I've ever seen. Nothing is made clear or obvious through labeling or association, they just threw it all in there, slapped on a few exclamation points here and there and said "Good luck!"
